Great home in Princeville. Master suite is upstairs, while the two bottom stairs suites are next to each other. Functional kitchen and great room. Beautiful views. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Not only was this house super clean and had everything it needed, the communication was top notch. I am planning to stay here again for sure!!!

It is with pleasure to describe our rental experience. The home was extremely well cleaned prior to our arrival. It had pretty much everything you could want from a rental property. We didn't use the beach chairs or any other beach items in the garage, but it was nice to know they were there in case we did. The washer and dryer were used almost daily, which are in the garage as well. The home does need a little TLC, but I enjoyed the rustic charm more than some of the people we were with. It reminded me of the old beach cottages I rented in my youth. I contacted the property manager about the ants in one of the bedrooms. We loved being close to Hanalei Bay and proximity to many of the beaches. You can walk to Happy Talk, which came in handy for our adult children.

While we’ve stayed in Hanalei in the past, it’s too noisy and previous rentals have not even compared to this home. This home is a spacious 3500 square foot home in a lush and quiet setting in the upscale community of Princeville. This well appointed home boasts wraparound decks providing beautiful inside and outside living space. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, and ample storage for your belongings. This is a nice home on a residential street near a golf course. It is very roomy and made a great base for our family group of five adults. The Princeville location is good. It's a short drive to groceries, restaurants, Hanalei town, and several beautiful beaches. The home was well furnished and had a generous supply of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. We were there during a very warm summer week, and the bedrooms got a little warm in the late afternoon, but cooled off quickly with room air conditioners. The main living area stayed nice and cool. All in all, we were very pleased and had a wonderful vacation. Mahalo!

Beautiful lush palms, flowers and plants surround the house so it feels like a tropical oasis. We did have many rainy days during our stay so spent more time in the house than planned - there were plenty of books, games and puzzles too. I would not think twice before booking this house, and I look forward to doing so again!

This house was amazing! The 3 master suites made it perfect for 3 couples on our adults trip. The upstairs master and view is gorgeous! Plenty of space and seating for a larger group. I will definitely look to book this house Again on our next trip to Kauai.

The property was clean and well maintained. All of the amenities listed were in good condition and the kitchen has every thing that you may need to make your stay extra special. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular and the hot tub is perfect after a day of hiking or on the beach. I would highly recommend this property for groups or families.
My only recommendation for future renters would be to get in touch with the concierge to book activities, massages and restaurant reservations well in advance as they often sell out quickly.

We had a great time at this spacious tropical paradise. 5 adults (me and 4 adult kids). Loved the birds, the jacuzzi, location (walk to Happy Talk and beautiful neighborhood), spread out floor plan. Would highly recommend.

Our group of six adults (3 couples) loved staying here! The large private bathrooms and king sized were so nice! The kitchen made breakfast easy before our early morning activities. While we didn't use the hot tub or grill, it was nice to have those options. We made good use of the washer and dryer and the supplied detergent. We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, the Lanai was serene,and home was clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect setup for our outrigger racing adventure.

The house was wonderful. Perfect location with amazing views. Decks were fantastic any time of the day to relax and then the AC inside made it gloriously comfortable. The hosts helped us out with packages and accommodated a tricky situation of allowing extra days before and after our reservation. We had two littles that loved the house as well.

We will be back! The setting of this home was perfect for our family. We walked to the beach daily, sat on the lanai each morning and evening and enjoyed the home so much. We came with our son and his wife so 2 couples and didn’t even use one bedroom. Very spacious and everything was provided for us. Checked in with the property manager, Liz and she was very quick to respond and answer any questions.

The location and area was very nice and we enjoyed the back deck which felt very secluded. The property itself had several issues: Stove only had 3 burners working, hot tub looked clean but indicator said water was past change date; some tiles were slightly loose in back bedroom and kitchen; screen door in back bedroom was broken and did not open. Couldn't get the jacuzzi tub in upstairs bathroom to work. Sm. refrigerator in upstairs bedroom didn't get very cold. It did not impact our trip, but for the price, expected everything to work.

Everything was clean & there is tons of beach gear to use.Enjoyed our stay. We're not golfers but this would be a great base for golfers since it's nearby a large golf course.

This is truly a nice house, a clean house, and a great location. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review is that the interior and exterior of the house need a refresh - new paint, etc. But this comment should not deter anyone from staying here. The furniture is perfect, beds comfortable, linens and towels plush, and importantly the house was cleaned very well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai off the living room, hearing and seeing tropical birds and still hearing the ocean. The house is laid out to give the feeling of maximum space.
