Our two children, their spouses, and our three granddaughters join us each year for a wonderful fun filled week! Having the pool right in the backyard, and the proximity to great beaches make this a perfect place to stay! We will be booking another stay!

Thank you to Noelina the property manager, and the owners of this ideal family vacation home for everything. It was great for grandparents, parents and and children. Well cared for property, fantastic pool, well stocked kitchen and lots of beach gear. Can’t wait to return.

You need a rental car if you stay here but I think most renters have them any ways and all the drives are very short.

The outdoor living area and the pool is a real plus for us, our kids, and grandkids. Having the Ohana is another real plus! Noelani is always a pleasure to work with. She’s understanding and flexible, and always tries to honor our requests. We are looking at returning for a fourth year.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal or just a snack. Storage, a beautifully supplied spice drawer & oils, cook & bakeware are plentiful. Ice maker & water dispenser inside refrigerator are both very welcome.
The large flat screen TV provides perfect entertainment as well as the puzzles available. Ceiling fans and air conditioning make it perfect for everyone. The full size washer & dryer are wonderful & allows you to keep everything clean during your stay.
For child safety, you are not allowed to leave the sliding doors to the pool open without an alarm sounding. The pool & spa are fabulous with many beach towels inside the laundry room cabinet! Full size outdoor table & chairs, lounge chairs & umbrella along with a lovely sectional & tables outside make it perfect for outdoor fun & comfort.
So very convenience to have your own garage. Separate casita is beautiful & although we didn’t use it, what a wonderful guest quarters to have.
Communication with the rental company was beyond excellent!
The Ainamalu addition’s location is perfect for all island activities & close to both the Queen’s Marketplace & King’s Shops. We LOVED our stay & highly recommend this lovely home.

Family holiday escape

The furniture was very comfy as were the beds. The best part was the pool. It was just the right size.

DISCLAIMER** Please keep in mind, you are visiting the tropical islands so please expect to see bugs such as ants, cockroaches, and geckos.
Our 3 bedroom, 3 full-bath Ainamalu home is the perfect place for multi-generational or multiple families travelling together, as it can sleep 10 people comfortably. The main home features an open living area, kitchen, and dining space with vaulted ceilings, an 82" Samsung 4K UHD TV and top-of-the-line professional grade appliances. The Master suite has a California King bed, a 65" Samsung 4K UHD TV, lanai access, double sinks, walk-in shower, water closet, and an outdoor garden shower! The second bedroom has two Queen beds and another 65" Samsung 4K UHD TV, so it is perfect for multiple adults or kids. Adjacent to the second bedroom is a full bathroom.
This home's "Star of the Show" is the separate Guest Cottage (The Ohana), which features a separate-keyed entry off of the rock wall gated courtyard, a wet bar with upper/lower cabinetry, microwave, coffee maker and under counter refrigerated beverage center. It also features a King bed, plus a Queen sofa bed, a full bath, a 65" Samsung 4k UHD TV, stacked washer/dryer, separately-controlled central A/C, and a cozy lanai space.
Step out into the backyard and enjoy friends/family on the spacious 800 sq.ft. of covered lanai space. The lanai features a large comfortable seating area, covered dining table and outdoor BBQ. Just beyond the lanai lies our huge 600+ sq.ft. swimming pool and spa, all set in the lush tropical landscaping. Chaise lounge seating can be found on both sides of the pool for relaxing or catching some rays. To enjoy the pool and backyard, we've provided flotation loungers, noodles and toys, plus a corn-hole set in the garage, if you're feeling competitive.
The large garage can accommodate parking for two full-sized vehicles, plus there is additional parking available in the driveway. When you're ready to go to the beach, the garage is stocked with everything you'll need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling ice chest, sand toys for the little ones and enough snorkel gear in various sizes for the whole family. The fabulous Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) beach is less than a 5-minute drive within the Waikoloa Beach Resort, and it's the perfect place to go and enjoy a Hawaii sunset. There are also plenty of other nearby local beaches to explore during your time in paradise.
The house is fully stocked and ready for you to just check-in and enjoy. We provide all the bath towels, beach towels and linens that you'll need for your stay. The kitchen features professional-grade small appliances, cookware, place settings for twelve, plus ample additional kitchenware and supplies, such as paper towels, dish soap and a fresh sponge to make you feel at home. The laundry room is set with laundry pods and dryer sheets, and each bathroom has full bottles of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and, of course, toilet paper. If you're travelling with a little one, we also provide a portable crib with fresh crib sheet and a high chair, so you don't need to bring one from home.
We are a great value when you add all this up. Plus, if you need to stay connected to work or school during your stay, we've provided a dual 27" HD-monitor laptop docking station that is hard-wired to a convenient laser printer. Once your laptop is connected to our super-fast WiFi, you can connect to the office, print a boarding pass, or just surf the internet: it's fast and easy! You can also print wirelessly from your phone or tablet. If that's not enough, you also get FREE unlimited phone calls to the US mainland and Canada!
