We had a wonderful family vacation here! The location could not have been better with amazing sunsets on the back deck, great snorkeling, surfing and food close by, and the condo had all of the amenities any family could want.

Spacious, updated condo in a quiet area. Had everything we needed and host was very responsive. We appreciated the small cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrella. A/C worked great and there was usually a nice breeze on the lanai in the evening. We were able to walk to Hideaways and Pu’u Poa beaches. Also enjoyed the sunrise view from the bedroom and catching the sunset at the end of the golf course. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully located condo with beautiful morning sunrises overlooking the golf course. Our party of 4 felt like home away from home. The community pool and BBQ were great to have at hand. The Princeville area is gorgeous and this condo is close to everything - beaches, markets, trails, golf and those gorgeous mountains.

It’s rare that a rental is even better in person, but this one is! The unit was not only clean, but also have an attractive modern design. The layout was perfect for our family of 5. The location of the unit was perfect! We were close proximity to all the beaches we wanted to visit. Being on a golf course was awesome because there is a great walking trail and the neighbors were peaceful. We can’t speak highly enough about this rental!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful time staying here. This unit has been remodeled top to bottom, was super comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Location is excellent in Princeville, overlooking the Makai golf course with a small (distant) ocean view. Really easy to walk out to view the beautiful sunsets each evening.

You can also hike down to Hideaways beach, one of the greatest, secluded beaches on the north shore. It took about 20 min to walk from the condo to the beach each way. In the afternoons we made use of the pool, which was perfect temp, clean and refreshing. 2 onsite BBQ grills are also available, where we grilled food for dinners several times through the week. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, peaceful, beautiful north Kauai location, look no further! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks!

The unit was great! Nice comfortable beds and the couch was also very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had a French coffee press which was also great. The bed linens were exceptional. Loved the washer and dryer as well. Great golf course view and a short walk to see the sun go down. Loved the covered parking. We had great response to an AC unit not working and it was taken care of promptly. The pool and clubhouse were nice and the bbq area very clean and bbq worked flawlessly. We would all stay there again.

Relaxing on the very comfortable sofa, watching the sunrise was one of the joys of this condo. The window behind the sofa is floor to ceiling and stretches across the whole back of the unit. The fully equip kitchen was the right size for us and had enough space for our week long stay. Beds, bedding and towels were comfortable and plentiful. The unit had beach chairs and boogie boards and we were able to rent a beach umbrella. All the rooms were air conditioned. 2 mile drive to Princelville shopping center and about 4 miles to the Hanalei Bay Area. Plenty of parking and very close to the pretty pool. We would definitely stay here again and I recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this property. Furnishings, decor, and amenities are all top notch. Great location to watch the sunsets and walk to Queens Bath and Hideaways. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and lovely. Would stay here again.

This home was so spectacular. There was no need to worry about buying anything to stock the kitchen, the house was super clean and bright. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The location was the heart of it all in the north shore. So accommodating to any questions. Thank you for a great week!

Our stay here was wonderful. The place is clean and everything worked great. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils. The AC is a nice touch but we didn’t need it , absolutely zero spices so make sure you stop by the store to get some. We left a little bit of sauce, mustard ketchup etc in the fridge. The place is renovated with luxury, shower was amazing. BBQ are at the pool which we found to be very private. Most of the time we were the only ones. View is fantastic and you can just walk to the end of the golf course for sunset views of Bali hai. We played on the course, got the three day deal, was worth every Penney. Neighbors were door slammers and yellers but at least the nights were quiet We would definitely stay here again. Good value, highly recommend.

This particular condo was recently renovated and was very clean and modern but a few things kind of left us with feeling slightly like we were ripped off. It was more expensive then comparable units and did not have a microwave oven and the curtains in the master bedroom we’re basically thin see-through cheap curtains that blocked zero of the eastern light that shown in the room brightly at 5:30 to 6 AM. The other issue is that the air conditioner was not working in the main living area which included the living room dining room and kitchen. The note about the no working AC from management firm was slightly abrupt basically saying “it’s not working sorry for the inconvenience”. There was no call and no sincere apology or no offer of any consolation such as “ we know you rented and paid for a condo with air-conditioning and we were not able to meet our end of the legal rental agreement obligation”. It left a slightly bad taste in our mouth of that they did not care and Never even touched base with us for eight days that the unit was being fixed or that they were waiting for a part.. I also received an email at check out after I asked them about the refund of the security deposit and it would take five weeks to process. Kind of a scam because when you rent from them they insist that you pay for everything within 24 hours with all kinds of disclaimers that if anything happens you will never be given a dime back. But then they keep your security deposit for five weeks. I just felt a little bit like this time they were asking maximum price and couldn’t have proper curtains or a microwave or air conditioner and then won’t give the security deposit back for five weeks. Overall the bedding was extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean and, like all other units at Emmalani Court , the complex is

Living room has a very big comfy couch — perfect for settling in during the evenings. The place is also just a stones throw from the water. Perfect for walking down the golf course to the water to see the sunsets. Cannot emphasize this enough! Washer and dryer is also fantastic amenity.

I have never used VRBO for reserving vacation properties, however, my experience especially with Hawaii Life personnel was exceptional. I had all the appropriate information for check in/out. This particular rental unit had recently been renovated and was very nice.
