Great stay in Princeville
Reviewed on 2026-03-06 by , Wilton, CT USThe house was very private in a beautiful area and neighborhood.Close to multiple beaches, restaurants, grocery store and shops both in Princeville and Hanalei. House itself was shaded with beautiful foliage! This did make the house overall a bit dark and you could not see the neighbors from inside so if that is a wish for renters this house does not have it but the privacy is tops. No water view from inside or on decks. Nice layout. House had beach chairs and other beach going supplies. Management company was extremely responsive to a battery issue in a smoke detector. Some negatives but by no means deal breakers: House upon arrival did need a bit of cleaning. Mold on the shower curtains that we had to clean.Not enough bright lighting in living room. Furniture and blinds in need of a good deep cleaning. Bedding and towels were fine. The reservation process was a bit confusing because VRBO offers insurance which we took but then the property makes you sign a contract where they specify you need to take out more insurance but after a few back and forth in email they canceled that requirement so the only issue really is the contract does not 100 %fit VRBO renters.
Clean and bright

Comfy beds and everything needed for cooking, playing and beaching. We were lucky to see and experience the many albatross that come back to mate and have their babies where they were born, right in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks so much!
