Loved our stay at Hale Moi 112! Beautiful, quiet location! Condo was well appointed with everything we needed including a comfortable bed. We loved watching the birds from the lanai in the morning. Close proximity to woodland grocery store, Hanalei bay,Tunnels beach and Haena park. Amazing sunsets across the street at the lookout a short walk down the road! Quick response with questions on parking. Overall a great stay!

Our time in Princeville was so enjoyable and in large part because we had a great place to call home for our time there. It’s a comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed including a comfortable bed. It was our second time to stay in this unit and I will look forward to the next time also.

This place is very good...very quiet mornings on the lanai. The unit superintendent was very responsive for any requests and needs. This is walkable to Hideaways beach and pizza place. I wouldn't just stay here again, I'd buy this unit if I could.

This place was lovely. Bed extremely comfy and everything was very clean. Nice little local treats were a nice touch. Perfect for two with great views of mountains (when it wasn't cloudy).

The pictures make it look larger then it actually is but it's still a great space for two people.

Difficult to find the first time in the dark and rain. Note that this unit is in the bottom of the complex so you'll only see the 200 addresses from the street which was slightly confusing.

Host was excellent to communicate with.

The location seems to be in a swanky area and felt safe.

This is a studio not an one bedroom apartment. The title of ad was deceiving.
Worse than that, this studio does not include a proper closet for your clothes. There is a half-open closet in the bathroom!! In which the host expects you to put your dress along with the beach chair and towels! There is even not enough room for clothes of two people to put inside it.
We were in the island for a wedding and were truly disappointed and mad due to lack of proper closet. The host suggested us to hang our dresses on windows!

The studio was not cleaned and was not ready for guests. The balcony was full of spiders web everywhere even on the furniture. We didn’t set foot on the balcony nor were able to open its door to enjoy outside weather, because of scary large spiders hanging in front of the door.

The host stopped communicating with us after several messages, and even didn’t respond for check out questions!

Overall, very disappointed. This stay caused us to not enjoy Kauai!

This location was great for visiting sites on the north shore of Kaua’i. Spent less time driving and more time enjoying. The condo had everything we needed.

Clean, comfortable condo; good North Shore location. Great for walking & easy access to a couple beaches. Extremely well-equipped kitchen, including washer/dryer. Peaceful view of trees & mountains. Minor negative was occasional late-night noise from other units. Otherwise, this was perfect for our one month stay.

Property was clean and accurately depicted by photos on listing. Had all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom as well as anything we would have wanted for the beach. Only complaint was the ice maker was not working but that could have been us just not being able to figure out how to turn it back on? Great view out the back to wake up to and great location, just a short walk/hike to a couple awesome beaches that didn't get crowded at all! Never needed to contact management because all questions were answered in a book they left.

This rental was perfect- it had everything we needed- comfortable bed, cold fridge, ice in the freezer, beach towels/chairs/cooler, laundry, wine opener, coffee maker, free parking spot onsite, and a big bathroom! I would have loved to stay longer here. It was peaceful out on the patio with a gorgeous view to wake up to every day. It was also really close to Hanalei and other restaurants, grocery store, coffee place, walking path, beaches, etc. The property manager is super friendly and really fast to respond which was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

From Ke’e Beach to the Kilauea Lighthouse and everything in-between is a short walk or short drive away. The listed amenities do not come close to what is provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a nice sized cooler were available to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, pancake mix, and anything else you might need.

The mountain views from the lanai was stunning, as it was from the kitchen or living room area. One of the best beaches I have ever been to was a very short distance away. Fantastic snorkeling with plenty of green sea turtles around. One of my 6AM snorkeling trips I wasn’t the first the first to arrive at the beach. A large green sea turtle beached herself. She was fine and went back into the water when the tide came up.

Our host, Martie, was extremely responsive and answered all our questions quickly & thoroughly. We enjoyed coffee from The Spot North Shore Kauai and lunch at Tiki Iniki in the Princeville Center. The views from the balcony were absolutely breath taking. On clear mornings, you could see a waterfall flowing down the mountainside. It was a pleasure to sit there anytime of the day and hear the birds or the rainfall. The rental was beautiful inside and out. The location was near anything you could possibly need. Wonderful stay for our honeymoon. Views of the forest and mountains was stunning. The Princeville area is amazing as well. The resort down the street has a great bar with a deck that had amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Get there before sunset to stake a claim! The property was easy to find and very updated. Will definitely look this condo up when we come back!
