The property itself was a little dated. They didn’t have basic supplies like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Apart from this had a decent experience!

It was complete with full kitchen, laundry area and bedrooms n bathrooms all beautifully decorated along with an inside screened lanai. Beautiful green lush yard and cool quiet neighborhood.

It was great to have 2 full bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen w/dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, washer and dryer (right in carport) and lanai. Very nice place to stay, close to downtown Hilo and nearby beaches, and other sites. Would definitely rent this house again! Mahalo! :)

The rental is comfortable and clean within 10 minutes of many of the attractions in Hilo. We enjoyed so much about the neighborhood. Quiet and charming, right down to the morning chicken parade and the peeping toads at night. Highly recommended for those looking for R&R.

Smooth transaction, property manager is very easily reachable. The house is quite large and was well stocked with all essentials when we arrived. Just keep in mind, this is in a quiet part of Hilo city so if you are looking for the hustle bustle of Honolulu or Kona, you won't find it here.<br/>For peace and quiet this is the best! Very close to all major shopping plazas

It was very clean up on arrival, has all the kitchen items and more, even beach items as well. Close to Hilo for restaurants and shopping, farmer's markets, and beaches, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Felt like home as we cooked and did laundry before travelling home. Thank you so much, will definitely stay here again and recommend this home as well! Concierge was responsive with recommendations, which is greatly appreciated!

It was spotlessly clean on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked and baked a lot! The lawn could have been mown more often since it grows fast here in Hilo. On rainy days, there was a little water dripping from the ceiling in the Lanai, but no big issue at all. Robinette was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely go there again!
