Wonderful House

Loved lounging on the upstairs deck. You do have to drive a few minutes to the beach. The garage has lots of great beach equipment including snorkel gear. About a 30 minute drive from the Airport and Costco.

Large bi-fold doors seamlessly connect the living space to a covered outdoor lanai, blending indoor and outdoor living effortlessly. Recent upgrades include new hardwood flooring and an updated pool in 2023, with most furnishings refreshed in July 2024 to ensure both elegance and comfort. The home is fully equipped so you can simply arrive with your clothes and toothbrush.
Inside, you'll find luxurious furnishings, high-end TVs, bikes, beach gear, comfortable beds, and a well-appointed kitchen. The property also boasts a spacious driveway ideal for entertaining guests (no garage parking). The outdoor kitchen features a sink, fridge, and built-in Wolf grill. Three bedrooms are located downstairs: two with two queen beds each, and the primary bedroom with a king bed that opens onto the lanai. The en-suite primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanities, and a walk-in closet.
This home is not suited for small children, as there is no safety equipment for the pool.
