Spacious, wonderful, convenient

House was located in a gated well manicured and well kept neighborhood with a large pool, workout area, and hot tubs. Quiet and family friendly. Spacious house that included everything we needed- beach chairs, cooler, plenty of towels and starters of paper goods. Convenient location to the pool area as well as to the grocery and shopping center and the beach club. It was so nice to have that as an option to go to the beach club and eat at the restaurant as well. Unfortunately we never were able to access the black sand beach within the Mauni Lani area. Location of house was convenient to airport, Kona and day trips around the island. One thing to note there was not a divider of any type between the primary bedroom and bathroom to block any noise or light if someone was in the bathroom/shower/closet area and some was sleeping in the queen bed close to that space. But overall we had a lovely time and would not hesitate staying again

Never wanted to leave

Cons: Beds were pretty stiff
We had a wonderful time on the Big Island. The property was a large part of what made the trip enjoyable. The house was clean and well appointed with just about anything you needed for cooking. The description and photos were accurate. Having a washer and dryer was very nice as we went to the beach numerous times. The access to the Mauna Lani beach was great. It did require a drive to get to but it was worth it for the sandy beach and snorkeling. We never ate at any of the restaurants in the area but they had great views and looked popular. The grocery store is actually pretty well stocked but tiny. The prices were too different than the Safeway in Kona. We checked out the gym and the pool but never actually used either. They were both popular but never crowded and they looked very nice. The snorkeling on the days when the water was clear was really phenomenal. Felt like you were in an aquarium. The roads felt safe for walking on with the generous bike and pedestrian path and lots of people were out walking or running every day. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with our coffee and just enjoying the view of the property and the mountains and listening to the ocean. Our host Lisa was very helpful when we called to ask some questions including restaurant suggestions. Overall we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!<br/><br/>Pros: Clean, well stocked with basics, beautiful location, helpful host, close to two sandy beaches, bbq and laundry on property, nice garden view, walking distance to market and shops.<br/><br/>Cons: Beds were pretty stiff

We felt centrally located to explore Hapuna & Mauna Kea beaches just to the north and the shopping convenience of Waikoloa just to the south. It is located in a beautiful gated community with nice pools and a fitness center just steps away. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, especially a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed use of the beach chairs, towels, & umbrella, and having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Even though we had neighbors next door, we still felt secluded, even when spending time on the balcony or private patio. Our family of 4 would definitely return to this property again!

Residence #2003 has been beautifully renovated to provide the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. An open floor plan, tall ceiling, calming color palette, and ample natural light create a relaxing environment for you to call home. The spacious and private lanai is just off the living area and features a dining table and gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying an evening at home. The living and dining areas have been freshly painted with new luxury vinyl flooring and offer plenty of space to enjoy a meal or movie night. A galley style, bright white kitchen includes new appliances and everything you could need for cooking island-inspired meals at home. A thoughtful layout provides many comfortable spaces to spend time together or relax independently.

Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club is included with rental (amenities at Mauna Lani Resort are not included): The Mauna Lani Beach Club offers a private white sand beach, the Surf Shack, and dining at Napua restaurant. The secluded white sand beach is protected from high surf by a cove making the beach a perfect spot for all ages to play in the sand, swim, paddleboard, and snorkel through lush coral reefs.
Facilities: large lagoon pool, a lap pool, two hot tubs, exercise facilities, and a large, covered barbecue pavilion. Townhouse is located next to facilities entrance.
