The living and dining areas have been freshly painted and feature new luxury vinyl flooring, providing plenty of space to gather for meals or enjoy a movie night. The bright white galley-style kitchen includes new appliances and everything needed to prepare island-inspired meals. The thoughtful layout provides comfortable spaces to spend time together or relax independently.

Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double sinks, plus a private lanai with comfortable lounge seating.

Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed plus twin-size bunk beds.

Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms upstairs, including the primary ensuite, plus a convenient half bath downstairs near the main living area.

Hawaii Life Rentals is a locally owned, licensed real estate company offering vacation rentals throughout Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawai‘i Island. We provide on-island personal assistance and concierge services.

Rates do not include taxes, cleaning, and applicable fees. The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after checkout. Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonably tidy condition. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to unusual mess, spills, stains, excessive trash, or failure to follow checkout instructions, an additional cleaning charge may be applied and deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest.

For bookings made through Hawaii Life or third-party booking websites, guests must sign a rental contract within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
