Lae Nani is the perfect place to spend a vacation on Kauai. The beach feels private, the condo is close to the Lava Lava Beach Club, the Coconut Marketplace is within walking distance, and the condo area is very safe. We rented e-bikes and ventured both north and south of the condo for some fun outings. Amazing. Would rent here again!

This was our first trip to Kauai and although the weather was a bit wet and windy, we had a wonderful stay.
The manager, Marti, was excellent to work with, being very responsive.
The grounds are beautiful and the pool and beach are wonderful. The nearby shopping center and restaurants make it an ideal location.
As for the unit, it is really quite nice with a lovely view, and lots of amenities. Some of the space is a bit dated but our greatest annoyance was a very uncomfortable bed with well worn bedding. This needs some attention.
Overall, we highly recommend Lae Nani.

The Location and basic amenities were nice. There is an issue with the flooring -as a contractor and for liability purposes I recommend replacement. The broken edges and material type is not suitable for location and can lead to cut feet. Additionally the master bath sink plunger armature / actuator is not functional crating a plugged sink. Easy fix

Our first time in Hawaii and we had the best experience. Lae Nani 333 was perfect. Clean, spacious, well equipped with phenomenal views. The grounds were par-like and the landscaping was amazing. The grills were cleaner than at home and the pool was one of the largest we've seen. Couldn't have asked for anything different except a few additional weeks!

Host was super responsive and very good at suggestions when asked, and was accommodating for a couple of instances during our stay.

also, I have sensitive skin and got a bad rash on my hip from the bed... only stayed 3 nights, had to were t shirt and boxers so rash would not get worse. Spent 7 night at Marriott and it didn't get any worse. Home now and went to urgent care... fungus rash caused from bed. Taking meds for it... don't stay here until they replace the bed and clean the mattress cover every time!!!

This is a lovely, very spacious condo in a fantastic location. It had everything needed to stay comfortably. The grounds were spectacular and proximity to both South and North shores of the island was a huge plus.

Our rental experience was wonderful. Condo had everything we needed such as chairs and cooler. Easy access to shops and grocery store, and perfect location to enjoy ocean and pool. Town of Kapaa definitely gives you more of a local feel versus resort area like PoiPu.

It was a very nice space with plenty of room. The view was beautiful. The grounds were also beautiful. The only draw back was carrying our suitcases up to the third floor. The couch was uncomfortable being quite hard. But we weren't there to sit on the couch. Plenty of kitchen equipment and the icemaker worked great. We would recommend this rental.

Our week at Lae Nani exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful property. Meticulous grooming of all the gardens. We felt blessed every day to enjoy the condo, the lanai and the third floor view. Also very pleased with the restaurants we discovered close by, including Passion Bakery and Avalon. Liked the ability to drive north and south for day trips. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Hope we have an opportunity to do that.

Overall my experience in this unit was far less than ideal and I wouldn't recommend the unit. Word of Advice: There’s a reason there aren’t any pictures of the master bathroom, so before you book ask to see a picture of the bathroom and more importantly inside the tub because it’s rather shameful and you should know what you’re paying for beforehand. The only renovations are the vinyl flooring (not wood btw) and the kitchen counters/cabinets. None of the interior doors close properly due to warping of the wood. The kitchen appliances and utensils are in dire need of replacement as several reviewers have mentioned this in the past. The overall cleanliness was less than expected, I found boogers/snot smeared on curtains and walls which was expressed to the management team. The main issue however was that upon arriving I immediately noticed the bathroom was in very rough shape. The tub was peeling and in some areas was a few different colors (yellow, peach, brown); all colors that shouldn't be on a tub! Aside from the awful-looking tub the old tub also refused to drain. I immediately contacted the unit's manager and was told to check if the stopper/plug was in the drain. I told the manager it obviously wasn’t. The next day the manager asked to see a video of the drain instead of sending someone to fix the issue. I stayed 4 days and 3 night’s and nothing was done to fix the drain. It doesn’t matter if the issue was unit specific or building specific (no neighbors had this issue I did ask other folks btw) it wasn’t treated as a problem worth fixing to the management team. I questioned that the unit was even cleaned since I find it hard to believe the cleaning crew wouldn’t have mentioned the clogged tub when they cleaned it. The unit’s manager did offer a partial refund after I checked out and although that’s appreciative, I do feel like more could have been done to address the issue withi

We had a great time. Our condo was in a nice location facing the ocean. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our unit wasn’t air conditioned and the ceiling fans were doing double time to keep us cool! Perfect for two people.

This place was exactly as pictured. The balcony looking out to the beach and ocean was why we picked this place and it is just like the picture only REAL. We also enjoyed the location and can't wait to come back.

Our family walked down the beach to the Lava Lava restaurant several times. Our granddaughter loved riding the boogie board provided. The beach in front of the complex was perfect. We'd definitely recommend this location .

Overall experience in this unit was spoiled by the termite infestation in the kitchen. The manager was cooperative in refunding part of our stay but the situation in the kitchen needs to be addressed. The manager said that the kitchen was being renovated after our stay so I hope that is the case.

What a gorgeous unit! Updated. Clean. Amazing views. Easy parking. Beautiful pool. Close to the ocean. Fun welcome basket with snacks and coffee! Super helpful on-island contact, too! We can't recommend this place highly enough!
