Our condo was great, exactly as advertised. Provided great space for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean when we arrived.
Condo complex is superior to most others we’ve seen. Pool area is spacious and the 6 bbq’s serve the large complex well.
The best part of our stay is the service before and during our vacation from the on island rep Lynn Taylor. I was put in contact with Lynn well in advance of our arrival. I was able to ask questions about the unit and what we may need to bring or buy when we get there. I had asked about beach chairs and she said there were some there. When we arrived, we found that she had gone ahead and purchased 3 new ones for us. She was prompt in communication during our stay as well, including a requested late check out. This made our trip so much better knowing there was support throughout. Thanks Lynn!!

Lovely Apartment in a comunity area incl. Pool and Whirlpool. Grills and space to sit around. The apartment has 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom. Top equiped kitchen, living room and balkony. Aircooler. Really a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay with Hawaii life condo. Place was well kept up and it was nice to have ac in the evening. Nice view from our porch to enjoy are meals from. Would definitely rent a place with them again!

We found our condo at Launa Kai C301 to be everything as described in the description on VRBO. The place was very clean and the view was amazing. We were right in the middle of Kihei and all of the great restaurants. The kitchen was the most well stocked as far as cooking needs that we have ever seen on any vacation. The one word of caution I would have is although their are split system air conditioners in each bedroom (which did the job) the main living area can get a little warm in the evening. Certainly not a hardship, but just a heads up. The balcony was a nice area to sit out and read or even eat on the dining table. All in all we were extremely pleased with our stay at Launa Kai.

Our condo looked to be newly renovated.( it was beautiful) we couldn’t really walk to most places, but everything we needed was within a 5 minute drive. The property offered a beautiful swimming pool, several gas grills, pickle ball courts, and gorgeous views.

We stayed in this condo at the end of February through the beginning of March. There were 6 adults in our group. We thought the space in this condo was great. We never felt like we were crowded. The sunsets were easily viewable from the patio but it was also a very short walk down to the beach. All the other people that we met that were staying at the resort were friendly. The pool and grilling area was great too. We loved the location as well. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This property exceeded our expectations . We had a view of the ocean and the pool . We had to climb 3 flights of stairs , no elevator so if handicaped this could be a problem. The updates were very nice and decorated cute . We appreciated the 3 beach chairs but could have used more . The kitchen had everything we needed to cook . The night manager did not appreciate us asking for the pool code she said owners should have provided it because we weren’t renting from her ? The pickle ball courts were convenient for one of us that useed them . We would have liked more bath towels as one room only had one and no bath mats but we did wash what we had the washer and dryer were convenient. We would definitely rent again . Mahalo

We had a great experience staying here, the unit was well equipped, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the property as it was well-maintained too. This was a great family spot, it was awesome to have kids playing in the pool so that our daughter had little friends as well. The beach is OK to walk on, a little rocky, but not a swimming beach. It’s a quick drive down to the nicer beaches. I appreciated that this unit had a good supply of cooking essentials, as in good utensils and equipment as well as spices, oils etc. the AC worked great in all the bedrooms. Beds were comfy and the whole place was clean. They also provided umbrellas, beach, chairs, some toys and snorkel equipment. I think the only thing I would comment on for this property as a whole is that we had a power outage and it was at night so we had to walk back up to our room from the pool and none of the emergency lighting worked. It was pitch black, none of the fire exit signs worked either, so this would be some thing I think the complex should fix ASAP. Other than that, we loved it! Oh and communication was great too. Thanks!

Easy to check in. The place was well stocked with supplies. The amenities were great. We were at the pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and BBQ just about every day at some point.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Luana Kai complex which is located near beaches, food, groceries and several Shave Ice �� providers. Unit C-301 is well designed with plenty of room for my family of six.

This unit was perfect for my family which include myself and husband, 2 kids and my parents. The kids had the upstairs and bathroom all to themselves! The unit was clean and modern. The washer/dryer worked but the dryer was loud. Also had issues with the AC in the master. Other than that the beds were comfortable, the beach chairs and boogie board were a nice addition. They had a cooler but we brought a smaller one so never used it.

The complex itself is not the biggest or most glitzy, but it had a small pool, hot tub, and very nice patio area with nice grills and even outside kitchen. We had plenty of bedroom space and nice bathrooms that made the trip with 6 women low stress. We enjoyed the nice central location. One downside was that The eating area is only at the island, which is cramped for 6 people, and the balcony was hard to access due to a broken door. Instead, we most often ate down by the pool. Due to the inconvenience of a broken balcony door for the majority of our stay Hawaii Life gave us a partial refund, which was appreciated. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay in this unit, and would stay again. The beach out front wasn't the nicest, but many other nice beaches are not far away.
