Reviewed on 2020-11-04 by , United StatesWe arrived at night, so the morning was quite the reveal! The view from the master bedroom is stunning--basically the dreamiest way to wake up each morning. The entire house is very well-maintained, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and when you're on the property it feels like you have a corner of the island all to yourself. My husband and I went on a long walk every day--usually on the path along the nearby golf course. The kids enjoyed taking advantage of the bikes and ping pong table. The house comes equipped with all your beach needs--and there are several gorgeous beaches located within easy driving distance. The town of Hanalei is adorable and, while small, has several good eating options and cute shops. I would enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone! My family would be happy to return anytime.

My review of the property is also 10 out of 10. Princeville is great, safe place to stay that is not on a busy street. The views of from the property are beautiful and brings a sense of calmness. The rental is still very close to amenities such as Foodland, golf courses, and parks, and walking paths. Overall, I loved staying here and wish I was able to live her full-time.

This stunning, two-level home is designed to accommodate families or large groups with an option to rent four to seven bedrooms. This home offers air conditioning in all the bedrooms & black out shades to keep you nice and cool during your stay!
The grand master suite is located in the main house nestled among the trees with an expansive, romantic lanai, en-suite bath, sitting area, TV and lovely ocean views. The lower level boasts a spacious living room with a media center. Large glass doors open up to a welcoming lanai for friends and family to gather for festive barbecues, or relaxing with a tropical cocktail.
The kitchen is a culinary artists’ delight with well appointed Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas stove, brand new refrigerator, large island and seated counter area. Serve up delicious island-inspired meals in the eight person dining area, with additional seating at the counter bar stools, if needed.
Three guest rooms and bathroom are located just down the hall—two with queen beds and one bunk room with a double and twin bed.

Venture out on the Princeville bike bath with one of the accompanying three bikes and stroll down to the nearby St. Regis or Happy Talk Bar and Lounge for sunset pupus and refreshing beverage. Beach lovers will enjoy visiting one of the many popular nearby beaches including, Hideaways Beach, Anini, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay. Home is equipped with Spectrum gigabit internet, good internet for those that are working remotely.

Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Our neighbors are full-time residents and while they are respectful of common renters, a party will be reported immediately. We use a noise monitoring system to alert us if the noise is disruptive, located in kitchen.
