Communication with the management company was quick and helpful. They even let us have a very late checkout since our flight was so late and no one was coming in immediately. Super helpful and made a massive difference on the last day of our trip. The only bummer was not enough evening seating for the 5 of us for TV. One person had to sit in one of the dining chairs, and I sat in a beach chair on the floor one night.

It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the area beaches. We loved watching the whales right from our balcony. Overall, it was a great spot to stay for our family of 5.

Split unit AC’s in each bedroom and living room made it easy to cool the rooms down fast. The complex is quiet and near restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The grounds are very well kept and the pool and beach/lagoon area are great! Definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable seating, fans in all rooms, high bar searing table on balcony seating 4 surprisingly comfortable, lots of towels, essentials stocked (soap, shampoo, washer pods, sugar, etc), beds very comfortable, kitchen items completely adequate (nice knives, needs more wine glasses). Loved that you can see whale flumes and splashing every morning, do a 3 mile lovely beach walk right from the complex, drive 20 minutes to nice restaurants or 5 minutes to local joints. Totally recommend.

And the condo was quiet. However, the condo needs updating and some serious attention. Broken screen doors to the lanai, broken patio furniture and the carpet is worn and stained. And the master bath shower plan is worn and appears dirty. This could be a 5 star property with some TLC and attention to detail.
Disappointing to say the least DON'T waste your money here.....

To be fair to the property manager they did what they could to fix some of the stuff I've mentioned above, while we were there. I've taken pictures of all the deficiencies and sent them to the property manager.
We've stayed in allot of vacation properties over the years and for the money charged for this unit it is a complete rip off, if you look at the pictures on VRBO it looked great but as far as I'm concerned is was a bait and switch, what you see was NOT what you got. W

Great Family Get-Away Property with a Spectacular View

The owner/property manager were easy to work with and very communicative. We plan on checking the availability of this location for our next trip to the island.
The property was great for our family get-away. The condo is well equipped with all you need to enjoy a good meal after a day at the pool an beach. Close to everything with a view that was breath taking. The communication was easy and the people were so helpful. We even called for a pizza recommendation on our first night. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach at the facility and ate dinner one night at the restaurant that was on the premises.
