Poor property management. Beware!
Reviewed on 2026-04-04 by Kelly S. , worthington, OH USWe wanted to love this condo. We arrived to more than 15 bugs in the unit, which kept landing in the bed. One of the shower drains didn't work, renewing it unusable. Despite reporting to property management company immediately, it was not addressed by the second night. We had to sleep on sheets covered in dead bugs. The drain was addressed 36 hours later. We asked for a very reasonable credit of a 15% discount on the two nights. Property management never returned multiple VRBO messages over the span of 10 days. We contacted VRBO support, who also contacted the host, and they refused twice to provide any compensation. We expect better service for a high end condo with a high end pricetag.
