The beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment helped make our beach visits more enjoyable. The kitchen was adequate as were the bathrooms. The carpet was a little worn and the bathrooms could use a little updating but overall served our needs well.

The location was walkable to several beautiful beaches and only about 15 minutes to peaceful Hanalei. The townhouse grounds were clean and well laid out with a gorgeous pool/ hot tub/ BBQ area. The townhouse itself was spotless and well laid out with plenty of space for us to all be together and enough room to spread out when we wanted a little quiet. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed when we wanted to cook. We were very pleasantly surprised with the provided beach and snorkeling gear. It made every trip to the beach that much more enjoyable. Ian and Melissa were quick to get back to us with any questions we had. We will definitely be reaching out again any time we are able to make it back over to the islands.

Even the basket of small towels in the garage to wash away the Red dirt to the basket of towels at the door for the pool were a nice touch. The place was easy to find and well maintained. We really felt like this was our home away from home. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own area, the pool was super close, the beds and pillows were super comfortable too! We were super close to the Farmer's Market, Princeville Shopping Center for groceries, breakfast, coffee, shopping, FREE Hula Show on Saturday afternoon, and you'll have to read the guest book left filled with places to go!

He let us know when there were high surf warnings. He answered our gazillion questions and was so friendly and easy to talk with. In the unit, there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked right down to having coffee beans available. They even had a juicer and a Nutri Bullet. The laundry included laundry baskets and detergent. The decks were small but doable. It was nice having the beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel masks/tubes and beach toys. It's hard to say which beach we liked best. Anini and Kiluea were both close by. The Nihilani development is beautiful. We enjoyed swimming, hot tubbing and barbequing by the pool. Favorite eats? The Holey Grail Donut Truck in Hanalei has the BEST donuts. Fair warning: they're addictive. We also fell in love with the amazing waffles at The Kountry Kitchen in Kapaa. Or the wonderful breakfasts at Java Kai in Kapaa. Across the island is Da Crack in Koloa. Their burritos are amazing. It was interesting to learn that you need to make reservations several weeks in advance for many of the sit down restaurants, as well as at the parks, kayaking companies and whale boat tours etc. The north shore location of this unit was perfect for us. We liked that it is on the quieter, more lush side of the island. Yet, it takes under an hour to get to the south side. All in all, we loved it here. Thank you again Ian, for helping to make our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We hope to return.
