Long awaited vacation!

The kitchen was stocked well, allowing us to prepare our meals and use enjoy our dinners outside on the patio. The washer and dryer was a plus, the dishwasher wasn’t working, was the downside..but we managed. Overall, a great stay in Princeville. We can’t wait to return!

Or just a simple grilled cheese �� The best place we found to eat that was close to the condo was the North Shore grill it’s right there in Princeville they have the best Hamburger called the “Braddah Burger” so good! And great pizza! Hawaii life was so great to work with when we had to reschedule because Of COVID. They are the best company! We cannot wait to stay here again next year!!
This was our 2nd time staying at Hale Kula Kai we absolutely love this place! Right when you step into the door you feel like you are home. It’s so clean, it has everything you need to go to the beach right away. Our boys love the surf boards! <br/>We had the pleasure to meet the neighbor who lives below and he is just the sweetest guy! So I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. My advice would be to find another property nearby and stay clear of this place. We had a toilet clog after using it normally and now have been accused of negligence. We are told that they will retain our deposit and we will not get it back. Unfortunately dealing with the management of the property has been unpleasant and difficult. Stay away!
Great condo!

Management company was easy to work with. When we arrived the a/c wasn't working but they had already had someone out to look at it and it was fixed in a few days. Would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Love Nihilani in Princeville!

The Nihilani property and pool area are very well maintained and do not disappoint. The Hale Kula Kai condo is nicely furnished and decorated with new appliances and hardwood floors. The balcony is divine! All three bathrooms are in great shape and the walk in closets are huge. This condo is very well equipped with nice linens, recreational gear, and kitchen cookware/tableware. We were there a month, did a fair share of cooking and had everything we needed to make meals for 4-5 people. The condo is all on one level after climbing steps to the second level from outside. The double car garage in on street level. The owners and property hostess were responsive to issues that arose with the televisions and internet accessibility. The condo does not have a land line phone and for emergency reasons and lack of cell phone availability, I think it should. Communications with the Hawaii Life agent were not satisfactory as she left important messages on our home phone in WA while we were in Hawaii and we did not get them in a timely manner. One suggestion would be to add a few more rugs to absorb noise both inside the condo and for the neighbors below.
