Best we’ve stayed at and have been coming for 20 years. Great location in Princeville and great location in the complex. Condo was very roomy and close to the pool.

the entire unit complex is one of the nicer complexes in princeville. very well kept, newer residences that are noticeably better than many surrounding the complex.

this property was in very nice condition and very well maintained. easy to access and great communication. DEFINITELY a repeat rental!

We loved our condo in Nihilani. It was in great shape, spotless, quiet and with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to stay there again! Our property manager, Meredith, was very helpful!

We had a great stay during our vacation in Princeville. Our rental was outstanding. It was very nice, quiet, roomy, and had everything we needed. Very happy with our decision to stay there.

The directions were inadequate especially given there are no fountain lights and the street signs are not visible at night. The fire department gives great detailed directions. It unit was wonderful until the people moved in upstairs; it sounded like elephants were walking up there. It would have been nice to have the garage door code instead of three days later.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nihilani condo! It was home to us for a week and we made the best of it. The condo was well-appointed with all the basics in terms of kitchen needs, bathing needs, and beach needs (e.g., folding chairs and umbrella - which we used; boogie boards and flippers - which we didn’t). But the quality was more than basic. Everything was new or like new. The pool was a little chilly and small but did the job. The hot tub was heavenly. The location was great - close (though you’d have to drive) to a shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, gas station and shopping. You could walk to a trail that leads to Queen’s Bath but it was closed when we went (in November when it’s exceptionally unsafe to walk or swim in the area). And a short drive to Hanalei which made that small town our hub on many days. All in all, a comfortable, easy stay that I would do again. Highly recommend!

Due to work I generally rent properties at least 25 weeks a year on the island of Kauai offering me a unique perspective. This property was absolutely amazing! It is beautifully designed and unusually spacious (which is an understatement) with two bedrooms and two baths separated on either end of the unit for complete couple or family privacy. Absolutely nothing was left to chance and pleasing amenity after amenity was totally overwhelming. I was so impressed I found myself ordering items on Amazon several times! If I were to buy another property on island this would be it. Thank you for sharing your lovely home...I definitely plan on returning!

Love how it’s next to the pool, kitchen well stocked! Highly recommend! Property manager was great and communicates well. Only thing I wish was different is that the dishwasher was not working.

The unit was fine and had everything we needed. It was very very hot when we got there and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the AC. I contacted the number and was told the AC had gone out after hours and to use fans and open windows. I was disappointed that we weren’t given a heads up before arriving, but I understood. I did not bother them over the weekend, and we enjoyed ourselves despite the heat. I sent a text Monday morning asking if the AC would be fixed that day and I got no further response. There were also several issues with the WiFi that also weren’t addressed.
