Would not rent this house again

They said they hoped to receive a part to repair the dishwasher in 2-3 days. No one ever followed up with us about this part nor the repair. There is also a huge parking lot in front of the house that is very busy on the weekends. There was a surf competition taking place that Friday and Saturday and there were horns blowing and announcers on loudspeakers all day. At night, there were teenage boys drinking and partying in the parking lot all night until 3am, screaming loudly. This rental was incredibly expensive and sadly not at all worth the cost. It rained heavily and sewage started coming up through the ground were the septic was located.

The view from the upstairs deck was so beautiful and the downstairs yard was perfect for relaxing and BBQing. The house is well equipped with everything you might need and more. The location was just a short walk into town. This a perfect place for your family to reset and relax. Expensive but worth the splurge for a very special vacation.

We had a wonderful time. We rented both houses on the property and everyone in our group was very comfortable. Whomever decorated the house and filled the house with necessities and amenities, really thought of everything. There was so much attention to detail and comfort. We loved that there was multiple washing machines, and small refrigerators and even and ice maker. There were a few things about the house that one would not expect to be broken or not in working order for the price that we paid for the houses. I think the rental<br/>Agency needs to spend a bit more time walking through the house during inspection.

The property consists of two residences, Pinetrees Hanalei Beach House and Pinetrees Hanalei Cottage. Both properties are active vacation rentals and can be rented together for a total of 5 bedrooms or separately. Shared Hot Tub between cottage and Main House. The Cottage and Main House may be booked by separate groups at the same time.
