Also on the upstairs floor is a separate room with L-shaped couch for watching shows and movies on your wall-mounted, flat-screen smart TV. This room also has AC.

The downstairs area of this home has an open layout and includes another master suite with king bed and a private full bathroom. There is also a separate living area with another large smart TV and dedicated work space. This floor leads out onto an outdoor patio with a BBQ and access to the stunning, terraced backyard. We also just added a brand new AC unit to the downstairs area as well!
