What a beautiful home! Stayed for a week and when we saw the backyard, we were totally amazed and wound up not wanting to leave. The house was spotless, the kitchen fully equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. Appliances all seemed new. A little off the beaten path but worth the drive. Just wished it had AC but we would return in a heartbeat!

This place is just AMAZING! I miss it about as much as I miss the Big Island. It was by far the most "done right" VRBO I have ever stayed at. Loved how close it was to the most beautiful sunrises and I loved how it was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel like "home." I'll always want to stay here and will recommend it to any of my friends.

This home was exactly as described in the description and pictures. The property was beautifully maintained and very clean. The host was very responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone of our friends.

During my stay on the Big Island, I had to make an unexpected move from the property I was originally staying at due to disruptions from the neighbors. Hawaii Life Vacations was so accommodating helping me find a new place to stay. When they suggested Pua Lani, I met up with one of their staff, Robinette, to preview the property before I made the switch. I immediately fell in love with it. The property is truly spectacular and makes an impression from the moment you drive through the gate. I loved the long lanai with views of the pristine backyard. The house is beautifully decorated, incredibly tidy, and insanely well-outfitted (especially in the kitchen). My favorite part of the whole property is the master bath. I could've (and sometimes did) spent most of days in the glorious soaking tub and rain shower. I'm especially grateful to the owner of Pua Lani, who was sympathetic to my situation and worked out a deal to transfer the rest of my payment from my previous stay over to Pua Lani. The move really redeemed my stay on the island and I hope I'm able to come back to this little sanctuary again soon!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved staying here. The home is impressive upon entering the front gates - it is so lush and green, serene, and absolutely gorgeous. We first drove past the house and when we backed up realizing this, my son said "I was hoping it was this house! It's sooo nice!" The home is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly imagine - there was not one thing we needed to run to the store for. We were also greeted with an extremely generous welcome package which was such a nice touch!
The closet was also well stocked with beach accessories, even including water shoes for the whole family which we were planning to purchase. You do need to store your food away in the fridge and cupboards as insects can be attracted but if you do this, there are no problems. So much thought and care was put into this home. We ate all our meals on the porch overlooking the beautiful backyard which was really enjoyable. And with windows open, we had no issues with heat at all. We were in touch a few times with the owner and he was very kind and helpful. I loved this property so much that I started looking at real estate in Hawaii as we never wanted to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quality abounded in this home, clean, comfortable, and cozy...we wanted to spend as much tine as we could...never needed to go to nice restaurants, just cooked here or brought food back. Secluded & quiet, only sounds of coqui frogs at night, birds in the morning, with an occasional dog barking. We were welcomed with complimentary goodies when we arrived, the kitchen had everthing we needed, and a closet full of beach items. They thought of everything. Thank you for an awesome stay!
