Reviewed on 2024-05-06 by Elouise N. , Bluffton, SC United StatesMy husband and I have been guests in several units in Sans Souci and Colony Surf for one month, once a year for many <br/>years and we have always had a very pleasant stay. This was the first time we were in a unit that was actually dirty. The bathrooms were dirty- used soap from previous guest was left in the bathrooms- one sink did not drain properly- the entire unit was very dusty- the cookware was old and dirty-some kitchen draws were stuck and hard to open-the oven did not work at all- the closets were packed full of someone else's stuff- there was too much old oversized furniture in the sitting area which made it difficult to move around without bumping into it- kitchen stools was to short for the counter making it impossible to use for eating as there was no table inside the unit. Even the wicker furniture on the lanai very much needs to be replaced, the back of the chairs are ripped and broken causing snags on the backs of our shirts. Overall, we had a good stay and will stay at Sans Souci again, just not in unit 505-506, unless there is a major makeover. I would recommend the building to a friend, but DEFINITELY NOT THAT UNIT in it's current condition. The on sight management could not have been nicer and was professional and very responsive.

Then you open your door on the way to the elevator and Diamond Head rises up. This end of Waikiki is lovely. Brandi was very nice and answered any questions we had. <br/>

A disappointing stay.

2) One bathroom faucet was inoperable.
3) Two bathroom sink stoppers did not work.
4) Needed to turn circuit breaker off to cancel baking in oven.
5) On several occasions, needed to flip circuit breaker off and back on house cook top.
6) No written instructions for operating TVs.
7) Some linen was missing.
8) Lanai railings and gutters were not clean.
9) Toaster did not work and needed replacement.
10) No coffee maker.
Brandy took care of most of this for us, but it was a slow process. Some of the plumbing issues took 10 days to address.

Fully furnished two bed two bath with large lanai. Three sleeping areas. Two queen size beds on lanai and one king size bed in Master. Renovated and well appointed. One assigned parking stall is included.
