Upstairs from this is The Tiki bar with a 4' x 8 1/2' pool table, and two flat screen TV's.

It doesn't matter if you a rainy day rolls through because you'll love hanging out in the outdoor kitchen/living area with it's fully built in, out-door kitchen and living space, including TV, dishwasher and refrigerator. Turn the corner for a 100-foot covered and beautifully furnished lanai, the lanai includes an outdoor-dining table that seats 10 for casual or formal meals, along with living room style seating.

Along the edges of the property you will find a fire pit, great for cool evenings ona full moon plus numerous private sitting areas for whale watching or meditation.
