The property managers were responsive and kind. The location was perfection. We loved riding bikes from the unit to every beach along the shoreline.

We felt right at home and enjoyed all of the extra touches like the provided coffee and toiletries. The location was great for all of our adventures and the convenience to the Turtle Bay Resort was very nice.

Holidays at 101 East Kuilimani Estates

The condo was comfortable and clean and ideally located. The key pad on the front door gave the two of us good flexibility to come and go. everything worked well and the kitchen was very well outfitted. We were able to make several nice holiday dinners, but also enjoyed walking to the Ritz to enjoy sunsets and/or dinner at their restaurants.
Perfect spot for a getaway, central location near turtle bay.

Anniversary/Bucket List Trip

Our view was great and the community so quiet and comfortable. While we were a little disappointed the golf course was closed, we were more than happy to be able to walk the paths every day without fear of wayward balls. The hosts were gracious and prompt to respond to all my inquiries before and during our stay. We hope to return one day.

Reviewed on 2023-03-27 by , Pasadena, CA United Stateswhen the lock box broke and we could not lock the door, it was very frustrating. although the box was fixed when a lock smith came out, my thought was that it would be even better if you had someone on site that could switch out the lock boxes when one malfunctions. we lost valuable vacation time waiting for the lock smith.

Location, location, location!

We loved being able to walk to Turtle Bay to use their amenities and watch the beautiful sunsets. It was also a great proximity to everything the north shore has to offer, while also being far enough away that you didn't get caught up in the north shore traffic. We also loved being able to walk around on the closed golf course behind the condo and walking to the nearby beaches. The condo was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed (cooking utensils, shower supplies, beach gear) perfect for the two of us. We were even greeted with a welcome card and delicious popsicles made by a local small business! When we come back to Oahu we hope to be able to stay here again!

This unit is located in a residential complex with routine landscaping and exterior maintenance. Some weekday noise from mowers or blowers is possible. *Window AC units can be noisier than central or split systems.
No work is permitted on weekends or holidays.
No check-ins are available on Christmas, New Year’s Day, Easter, or Thanksgiving.
Guests must sign a rental contract within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
