Wonderful north shore home!

We loved the pool and had lots of adventures around the island. A short walk to amazing ocean views, about a 25 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Lots of beach gear available in the garage.

We were familiar with the Kamalii resort and Princeville, from other stays nearby. The Kamalii property, managed by Hawaii Life, exceeded all of our expectations. Our unit, #56, was well kept, quality LVT flooring, a stocked kitchen and a grill for use on the lanai. The propert manager was beyond comparison in her ability to respond to requests. The washer stopped functioning, she initiated the installation of a new washer in two days. Kamalii is a top of the line resort.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this villa was and what a beautiful community it is in. This was the perfect layout for our family, with everyone having a nice size, comfortable bed along with separate baths for each room.<br/>The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. Upon arrival, the check-in instructions worked out great. There was no issue with code, garage, etc. The property was in great shape and clean. Everything that was advertised was there. We had a great stay at this super quiet complex. It will be at the top of our list when we come back. The only issue we had was communication prior to our arrival. We had sent roughly 3 emails to concierge regarding grocery delivery which were not responded to in a timely manner. Other than that, we had a very nice time and would rent with Hawaii Life again.

On Island rep was willingly to fix that night yet not anything needing that response. Small issue fixed next morning. Owner reached back out to make sure our concerns were addressed. I was made to feel as if my business was greatly appreciated- what else could you ask? I would highly recommend this unit and the rental company. My on island experience I would rate as simply superb.

The view of the mountains was incredible. It was so convenient to have boogie boards, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas there to use. We love the location too. Right on the golf course, and disc golf course, and not too far from the ocean. We would definitely stay at this vacation home again!

Beautiful end unit 3bedroom & 3 bathroom luxury condo in gated community in the middle of Princeville with gorgeous mountain and waterfall views from the large great room. The condo has been upgraded with teak and tile floors throughout and new vinyl floor planking in the bedrooms.
Upstairs in a queen size bed and a full bath. Down Stairs includes two King Size master bedrooms, Whirlpool tub in one of the master baths.
Enjoy the beautiful artwork throughout the condo. Gourmet kitchen for the cooking enthusiast, complete with Cuisinart appliances, spices, etc.. Private bbq on upper lanai. WiFi, HD flat screen tv with Ipod docking station, DVD player and DVD library, along with assorted board games and many local guidebooks/ historical references to the area. Boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and beach umbrella provided. Community pool/hot tub across from condo. Two minute walk to the Makai Club House and tennis courts. Ten minute walk to the ocean.
