Our stay felt like home:) This rental is spacious, super clean, with everything you need to make great meals! The location was perfect for us to go out for a jog each morning ending at a great coffee shop. Several beaches near by and the Petroglyph park was right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous home for 2 months that included a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room and a lanai with a grill. It met our needs while vacationing in Hawaiii. The golf course view was amazing and such friendly people.

The condo itself was wonderful and a great location. The management company was less than impressive. My party arrived at 8pm after almost 24 hours of travel to an uncleared condo. The beds were not made with dirty bedding and all dirty towels were on bathroom floors, fridge had food inside and trash cans were not empty and even had used tampons in them. Clearly it had not been cleaned. Management was notified immediately but took almost an hour to get someone out to change bedding and give new towels. We had to sleep in an uncleaned condo until they came the following morning to clean it for real. Second our dishwasher did not work at all. Notified them second day in and was told they cannot do anything about it so we had to hand wash dishes all week. I have never left a poor review of a rental until today. Like I said the condo itself is wonderful but am not impressed with management company for managing condo cleaning and upkeep with appliances. If you are coming after me I would verify they have fixed or replaced dishwasher. If you are owner of condo I would seek new company to manage your property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a 3rd floor unit with a great golf course view. We often sat on the balcony watching the golfers and reading. We also bbq'd three times which really saves on restaurants. I enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the dragonflies.

Our vacation rental was amazing. They had an outdoor grill to use and a place to sit and relax. The rental had all the stuff you would need for the beach too. Overall this was a great place . The condo was very big and nice. Only problem was there were not many chairs at the pool so everytime we went we had no place to put our towels.

The condo came equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella and items for water play. It was a short walk to the gorgeous pool and to Kings and Queens Marketplace. The location can't be beat. It's also a short drive to A Bay and about 15 minutes drive to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches. We had one issue on a plugged drain in one of the tubs but we let management know and hopefully they will address it. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again if we ever make it back to the Big Island.

The handy man came to adjust a couple things but the service was fast and he was very pleasant. Excited to go back in 2023!!

Well supplied with everything! Excellent location close to Queens and Kings Marketplaces and Starbucks. Lots of great walking, beaches and restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay!

The villa was absolutley great. From the well stocked kitchen to all the beach equipment, you will find just about everthing you will need for yor stay. The location is great with shopping and many beaches nearby. Private parking was very nice.

Perfect location across the street from Queens market, farmers market, coffee, shops, short walk to the beach and access to two resorts amenities. The villa is equipped with beach and snorkeling gear, fully equipped kitchen, awesome movie selection for a small fee. My son and I had a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this place.❤️❤️

Our rental stay was great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location and lots of things to do around the rental. We enjoyed our stay greatly. Hawaii is a beautiful place, with lots of things to do. The only thing that was a little problem was ants in the kitchen. We tried to keep our food in zip lock bags, but there were still ants. We didn’t let that stop us from having a wonderful vacation.

We stay in the condo for 3 1/2 weeks and loved how close to the beach it is and the mall with tons to do is right across the street. Close to Kona for supplies but also close to work class beaches. Property was spotless and we always felt safe with our 3 kids. Great lanai with grill!

Fantastic condo, in a fabulous location walking distance to shops and the beach at A-bay. We have 2 young kids and the loved the pool and there were lots of beach toys to use in the garage. All in all a great trip!

This was my third stay in Waikoloa and second at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The condo was a perfect home away from home! The location is great, fairly central to most attractions on the island and close to the best beaches. The beach closest to the condo (15 minute walk, A'Bay) is great for kids and has lots of natural shade. The pool/spa facilities and grounds are very well maintained, and it never feels too busy. Quite often we had the whole pool to ourselves (there are two on the property). This is our third stay in this condo, O-33. We love the location and Waikoloa Resort. It is a quiet unit with a great view from the wonderful lanai and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We do a lot of cooking in due to staying for an extended period and the kitchen is well equipped and use the outdoor kitchen frequently. We have many good memories made here.

This is our third stay in this condo, O-33. We love the location and Waikoloa Resort. It is a quiet unit with a great view from the wonderful lanai and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Love hearing the sound of a golf ball teeing off in the morning while sitting on the lanai. We used the deluxe outdoor grill often. Kitchen was well-equipped (maybe add white wine glasses ;) We stopped at Costco & supplemented smaller items from Island Marketplace (across street) & KTA up in Waikoloa Village. Really makes an Hawaiian vacation more affordable. Happy hours were fun & nearby at Lava Lava and the Marriott. Condo was spotless. Close to A-bay, Hapuna & Mauna Kea beaches; our favorites. There were 5 beach chairs, 2 small-ish umbrellas, beach wagon, boogie boards & one cooler (no wheeled one this time.) We used the hot tub & pool often...many times we were the only ones there! An impeccably kept community. Beautiful plants & flowers throughout complex. The smell of the plumeria trees were so fragrant! We spent two nights in Kona & 14 nights here. A perfect combination in my opinion! You can’t go wrong with this unit; pictures are 100% what you get. Can’t wait to return ��
