Outstanding location and condo

Conveniently located within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. There is a wonderful walkway on the beach side of the property that goes for several miles that has easy access to multiple hotel restaurants. An adult pool that is situated with a spectacular view of the ocean along with a separate children's pool make it a great experience for the entire family. Very good security on the property and focus by staff. The property management was extremely professional and helpful and would highly recommend.

The pools were lovely and you can’t beat the location- right on the beach walk and the Shops at Wailea, so many restaurants nearby. We loved everything about it!

Spacious and well appointed condo

Perfect Hawaii Rental

The villa was very clean, welcome basket with amenities, top of the line kitchen with two refrigerators, and upgraded decor. There was construction going on the building happening during our stay, but it never really bothered us and we got a discounted rate. Great pools, with very friendly attendances. Direct access to the shops and beaches. I would rate a 9/10, because of no pool bar. But they encourage bring your own beverages to the pool. I'm going to rent here again in the future!

We are cooks by trade and the kitchen was excellently stocked with better quality tools than any other unit that we've stayed in. One of the sofa beds (there are 2 sofa beds) had an awesome Posturepedic mattress (a first!) and the kids were actually very comfortable on it. It was so clean and nice. Beautiful view off the balcony. Easy access to the elevator and quick access to the pool. We loved it and hope to visit those one again. Thank you to the managers who were so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Top notch!

Best Rental Ever!

The owner, Robert, was wonderful to deal with and the concierge at the villas made planning each of our days so much easier. The villa itself is very luxurious. The marble and wood floors are beautiful and the furniture is all new and very comfortable. The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything and more that we could possibly need or want. The view from the lanai is breathtaking! We can hardly wait to go to Maui again! We will plan our trip around when this beautiful condo is available!!

PH206 was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our two families. Our host were super responsive and helpful and we'd definitely be back!

Wailea Beach Villas is simply the best of the best! Enter the community through the 24hr private guarded gate & drive down to the complimentary self parking in the indoor garage. Check-in and receive your key card from the lobby you'll be able to access your own elevator to your villa and enjoy cool comfort as you arrive at the elegant 2,000 sq ft penthouse with central A/C. 9 foot ceilings, open floor plan, travertine flooring and large sliding glass doors make for a bright and airy interior that is tastefully furnished. 2 spacious bedrooms, a den with a fold out couch and 2 full baths, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
European gourmet kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances including a glass ceramic top stove, convection oven and microwave, as well as large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, granite countertops and all of the small appliances you will need for those times when you prefer dining in. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils for preparing your own meals to enjoy at the dining table or out on the spacious 376 square foot private covered lanai with built-in Viking grill and seating for 6.
Living room offers a plush and comfortable couch, large flat screen TV, DVD player with digital cable box and MP3/iPod player as well as a small office space with iPad, printer and complimentary high speed WI-FI.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, bedside phone and alarm clock, generous dresser and closet space, dual bedside tables, a standing full length mirror and black out blinds. The en-suite master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate glass shower with seating, double vanity with granite counter tops and custom cabinetry and a private water closet. The large walk-in closet is stocked with hangers, extra pillows, blankets and down duvet, 100% cotton waffle weave bath robes and luxurious toiletries. Make up mirror, hairdryer, scale and security safe are also provided.
Second bedroom includes 2 twin beds (can be made into one king size bed upon request) with close access to full bathroom including a tub/shower combination and double vanity. Signature amenities include bathrobes, luxurious plush bath towels and personal cleansing products.
