We have stayed at this complex before but this was our first stay in this unit. The unit itself was perfect. The rooms were great, the kitchen had all the amenities you’d want, and the living space was fantastic. We liked the upper floor view as we could see wide portions of the ocean to whale watch. There were chairs and umbrellas and cooler which made the short trip to the beach easy and comfortable. The location is great as food trucks are an easy stroll, Dukes is onsite, and the snorkeling right in front of the resort is perfect. Our group had 3 married couples and we had plenty of space. Great accommodations- loved every minute.

We had booked for 6 people but Covid ruined our friends trip and they could not come. We had 4 people and we really enjoyed our experience. Kitchen well appointed and lots to cook with even a Vitamix blender. Big fridge with lots of ice. Beds were comfy and bathrooms nice and big. Dryer was not the greatest so I washed and hung our clothes outside to dry.

Honua Kai #825 was a beautiful condo! We were so excited when we entered the unit. My family of 6 adults had plenty of room and our view was breathtaking. Just got back from a 5 night trip with the family and everything was awesome! Our group of 8 stayed at this amazing 3BR place for 9 nights. It was in a great location, with most everything just a short walk or short drive away. Free valet parking was a plus! The hotel pool was perfect for my 2 toddlers who are learning how to swim. The room was very clean and welcoming, with all the amenities you need, including beach/pool toys. They even provided us with a high chair and a Pack 'n Play already set up! The lanai view is great with an unobstructed view of the sunrise/sunset. The room is close to the elevator, but we heard no hallway noise at all. The management company was available at any time, even when I contacted her on the weekend! This is our 2nd time at Honua Kai, and would definitely come back yet again.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The condo was GORGEOUS, clean, has a great layout, and one of the very best views of the whole
resort! We woke up to sit on the balcony with coffee in hand to whale watch each morning. Megan was easy to work with and was so helpful to provide a high chair and pack n play for our family. They provide all the beach necessities (chairs, towels, toys, coolers, umbrella) which was immensely convenient. I’ve already recommended this condo to friends and will absolutely stay here again!!

We booked our stay here at the Honua Kai Unit 825 and we couldn’t have been happier. The suite is beautifully decorated and furnished. It have any and everything you’ll need to have a excellent time in Maui. Yes, you have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas for your adventures. There’s Dukes restaurants it you’d like to grab a bite to eat throughout your stay. You can rent out private cabanas like we did. They come with their own coolers or they have smaller options available as well. The unit itself had a beautiful kitchen to prepare your own meals. Having 3 full bathrooms is great, especially if your traveling with a large family or couples getaway. Beds were extremely comfortable. The fridge seemed to struggle a bit but if you need something super cold just toss it in the freezer. All in all it’s a 10/10 for me! And we will rebook the place in the future. Mahalo ��

Phenomenal rental property. The condo was fantastic -
From the large luxurious rooms, to the veranda, to the kitchen. The owner provided all that we needed to enjoy the beach and our excursions around the island. The facilities at the resort were also 5 star. Finally, the property manager was tremendous- responsive, considerate and exceedingly helpful. We unequivocally and without hesitation recommend this rental and look forward to doing so again in the future! Mahalo to owner and management team.

The condo was beautiful and spacious and the location was great. We loved the decor and comfort of the condo and it was perfect for our family of 5. There were lots of towels and other beach items available for our use. The dryer didn’t work great but overall was a great stay and would highly recommend.

Our stay at Honua Kia 825 was spectacular! The unit was beautiful, clean and very well-equipped. The beds and linen were very comfortable, and even the pull-out couch was new. The master shower was awesome - our kids would line up to use it because it was so wonderful (especially if you had a sunburn).
The grounds were well maintained and we always enjoyed going to Dukes after swimming in the pools or hanging out on the beautiful beach. The views from this unit are stunning - there is nothing better than opening the extra large floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors and hearing the ocean waves, smelling the warm tropical air and seeing the whales jumping. I would highly recommend staying in this unit because you are near the top and in the centre of this u-shaped building, which gives you stunning unobstructed views of the ocean and resort grounds. Thank you, Jeremy and Megan, for making sure we had everything we needed - your professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated!

Luxuriously comfortable condo, stocked with everything we needed. All the beds were super comfortable and our adult children that slept on the sofa bed commented that it was the most comfy sofa bed ever.....and I never had one that had a mattress that was just like a bed!

We initially booked a 3BR/3BA room though the Honua Kai hotel and then cancelled our reservation to book this particular unit and we are so glad we did. Not only was this unit cheaper, but being able to pick the exact location and view was priceless for us. From the time we booked our vacation to the day we left, Jeremy was beyond helpful in answering our questions and helping us with anything we asked of him. He greeted us in the lobby (even though we were there a bit early) and showed us to our room and gave us a quick tour. The unit is beautiful and in the perfect location. We not only picked this unit for the view but also because they include beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, a large cooler and beach toys. We visited a beach every day of our trip so we couldn't have asked for more in terms of the extra amenities this unit provides. The kitchen is not only beautiful but fully stocked with every appliance you could ask for. The bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. We spent so much time out on the lanai when we were in the room and had the glass doors open almost all the time. We were able to enjoy our wonderful condo but still feel like we were outside experiencing the island. We spent time in the pool, on the beach in front of the hotel and ate at Duke's on the Beach. We loved them all. There's a store on the ground floor of the tower and we loved getting ice cream there and any little items we might have forgotten to pack. Not only is this condo absolutely wonderful but the service we received from Jeremy and his team was really the icing on the cake. We had a small medical issue while we were there and Jeremy was beyond helpful and we really can't thank him enough for making our vacation that much better. We highly recommend this unit and any other unit that Jeremy manages if you are considering a trip to Maui!

Great 3-bedroom unit in a great location in the complex. We've stayed at the complex before and we like this unit over the other 2 we have stayed at. We got a great last minute deal too! Lovely and very well appointed Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with Keurig cups & a spice rack. Every appliance anyone would need is in the kitchen. Two master suites and 3rd bedroom also has a king. This bedroom also has a vent to the dining-living room area which is a bit odd and makes for less privacy in this room.
Loved the resort and the friendliness of the staff. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This vacation rental is roomy, gorgeous & equipped w/everything needed for a family stay. We are a family of 5 w/3 teens ages 19, 16 & 15, and had plenty of space w/the large bedrooms & 3 big, full baths. The huge lanai looking directly on the ocean is where we spent most of our time when we were in the unit. Megan was extremely helpful with anything we needed & made us feel very welcome. I have to say that I liked Honua Kai much better than our stay at the neighboring Westin Villas a couple of years ago. HK is much quieter & more low key. Less lines in the lobby & store, and not so hectic & overcrowded. We hope to return to this unit on another visit to Maui. The location above the ocean & the cleanliness, beauty & spaciousness of HK 825 is perfect. ALOHA!

The apartment was amazing, we’re a family of 6 and we were very comfortable.
Very good equipment, you have everything to cook, extra towels, beach chairs and so many things to do your holidays perfect.
For the view, I need more than few words to describe it, Absolutely incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at Honua Kai 825. It was a beautiful condo with amazing views. Check in was extremely quick and easy. Everything we needed was there and it was great having washer/dryer in the condo. Jeremy and Megan were great to work with and always responded quickly when I had questions. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Honua Kai Hokulani 825! The location was fabulous, and the condo was tremendously comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. In addition, it was very clean and attractive. Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful, and we found our activities thanks to the concierge. It was nice to walk to Duke's for a quick bite to eat or browse the gift shops close by to us. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. In fact, everyone in our party is anxious to come back and stay here again.

This was, by far, the best condo/hotel/resort/etc., that I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting. Very spacious (3 BR/3BA), gourmet kitchen, every amenity you could ever want with the most spectacular view of the bluest waters you’ve ever seen! The cafe in the lobby was great and very reasonably price. Duke’s was convenient for any meal and drinks by the pool. All in all, a perfect vacation spot. My kids are now forever spoiled and cannot stay anywhere else! The Stice’s were perfect hosts, and left us wanting nothing at all. Thank you!

The Honua Kai 825 is a beautiful, clean, and spacious condo for our 3 adult couple vacation. The view is stunning! The condo is in an ideal location and just a 5-10 min drive to the center of Lahaina where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The 3 bedrooms/bathrooms are quite comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and is a gourmet chef's delight! The beach is a mere 1 minute walk and the pools are beautiful. Duke's restaurant is a casual eatery/bar with great happy hour prices. The owners Megan and Jeremy were awesome to work with and responded in a very timely manner for any questions we had. We would definitely rent this condo again and would highly recommend this beautiful condo for any Maui stay!!

Unit was fabulous but rental agents need to understand they are in the hospitality business. My wife and I spent over $1,000/night to stay in a luxury 3BR unit. I am a busy business owner and do not have time to peruse lengthy information sent to me after I book my vacation. When I ask the rental agent to send me the WiFi password the answer should be, "Mr. Smith, thank you for contacting us. The password is XXXXXXX. Please contact us if we can be of further assistance." Instead the answer I received was, "This is in all the information that was sent to you on multiple occasions. Are you able to locate this?" Excuse me! I spent thousands of dollars and I had two questions. I do not need to be lectured by real estate rental agents.

Perfection. That's how I would describe Maui and our stay at Honua Kai Hokulani 825. The views - breathtaking. The property had everything that we needed to entertain and enjoy the sunshine. Our experience was outstanding! The property is even better than it appears in photos and the attention to detail is incredible! The condo itself was beautifully appointed with super comfortable beds and linens! We found everything we needed to have a magical vacation in Maui. The view from 825 is simply stunning and one of our favorite parts to our experience was being able to open the doors to the lanai (ac automatically goes off) and feel the balmy breezes. We found everything at the property super clean, well maintained, warm & friendly staff and an awesome coffee/cafe/store right downstairs. There is really nothing I could think of to change to improve our experience. Meghan was incredibly helpful and helped us plan for our vacation prior to arrival as well as super accommodating once we arrived. We will definitely be back!!!
