This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor, offers unobstructed sweeping ocean views and is fronting a beautiful golden sandy beach. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to still feel at home while on vacation, this is the perfect spot to vacation with friends or family. Everything you need for preparing meals is provided in the fully stocked kitchen and the dining table comfortably seats 4.

Comfortable queen bed in master bedroom and twin beds in 2nd bedroom as well as quiet fans offer cool comfort in each room. The living room has an extra cool A/C unit for your comfort as well as cable TV and high speed wireless internet.

The most central location on Maui, Maalaaea town is a short drive from the airport, shopping and dining. Maalaaea harbor is home to the Maui Ocean Center, Sports and Water Park and most snorkeling tours, sunset cruises, and wale watching adventures take off from this spot. You are within a short walk to dining, shopping, and beautiful beaches.
A beautiful swimming pool and BBQ area are also located on property for your enjoyment.

Our family had a great stay at this location. The view was great. We loved watching the whales. The beach is a short walk away. A few restaurants nearby. Midway between Kihei and Lahaina. Condo was very comfortable for the two couples. The kitchen was well equipped. Management was very responsive. We'd love to return.

Our family of 5 enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in and seeing the beautiful sunsets! The condo had everything we needed and was furnished nicely. It was a great location for our day trips around the island. We really appreciated having the washer/dryer in the unit along with the use of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. We hope to be back someday!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderful unit, kitchen well stocked and nicely furnished. Bathrooms were beautiful. The property was within an easy walk to public beach, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop, Maui Ocean Centre. Also in between Lahaina & Kehei made it an easy drive to both.we would love to stay here again.

I stayed at this condo for 3 nights at the end of July 2019 with my wife, son and daughter. I chose this property because of its oceanfront location in Maalaea, a central (and less crowded) part of Maui. The view was stunning. The ocean is close, just across a narrow grassy yard and a rocky seawall. I could probably throw a coconut from the lanai and land it in the surf. Looking south, you can see the massive Haleakala on the left and Molokini and Kaho’olawe straight across the water in the distance. The sandy beach begins about 30 yards to the east and there are steps leading down to it with a rinsing shower at the top. Less than a minute walk from condo to waves. Maalaea is a convenient location, less than 30 minutes from the airport and Target/Walmart/Costco, and has a harbor for snorkel / sailing cruises.
The condo building may be a little dated, but it’s been kept-up and the unit itself appears to have undergone a substantial renovation. Tile floors, stone in the shower, granite countertops are all very nice and modern as shown in the photos. The beds and couch were comfortable. It felt like an upgrade over the typical condo. The unit was very well stocked with kitchenware, cooking basics and beach items. (And very soft toilet paper, not the discount see-thru tissue.) Always a parking spot available reasonably close to the steps to the unit. (It’s on the second floor and no elevator.) The only problem we had was getting the A/C to blow cold – but that could have been user error. We were there during a very hot stretch and there were times when the trade winds flowing through the unit weren’t quite enough. If you have trouble with the TV volume, look for buttons on the side/bottom of the remote – more user error.
Overall, a very nice place to stay in a beautiful setting.

This is the first time we stayed in the Maalaea area. This condo was perfect! The view from the lanai was spectacular. Condo is very nicely upgraded and had everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend staying here.

The minute we entered the condo, our eyes were immediately drawn to the amazing view of the ocean, ahhh, we are finally here!!
The condo was just as beautiful as imagined. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, living room. The master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great views of the ocean. The guest bedroom was smaller, but had decent built-ins for storage.(Although there was a piece of "unmentionable" clothing left in the top drawer) With the guest bath just a few steps away across the hall, almost as nice as an en-suite! The balcony was our favorite spot! Amazing sunrises with our morning coffee, evening cocktails, and the whales! So many whales to see!
One suggestion we have is, as this is a condo for 4 people it would have been nice to have seating for 4 on the balcony. We had to bring out 2 dining chairs whenever we were enjoying the space. Not a huge deal!
Also, in the kitchen we couldn't find dishtowels to dry our dishes with. we used the hand towels from the bathroom. We couldn't find any paper products in the kitchen and had to go buy a roll of paper towels and some foil. Again, not a huge deal.
The fan in the guest bath broke, and with a quick call to Kristen it was fixed quickly. Everyone at Hawaii Life was great to work with and provided all the info we needed for the condo and surrounding area.
Overall, we loved staying here and would highly recommend this condo for the views, central location and comfort !!

What a great place and great location! The view is incredible and we often saw turtles and whales pass by. Located in a quiet area of Maui that is centrally located to all key areas.

Kristin and Robert were great to deal with and very accommodating. Very responsive with their email and text messages. The property manager was very nice man as well.

The kitchen was well stocked with tons of plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, trays, lunch containers, salt, pepper, tin foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, cooler, ice packs, etc!! Cooking here was a pleasure!

The beach gear was awesome! Four high quality beach chairs, an umbrella, sand pails & shovels, boogie board. We were well set for the beach.

Overall, a very lovely place to stay!

We loved our stay here. It is centrally located so close to everything, but at the end of a beach so private. The beach is nice right in front we did some snorkeling and saw a variety of sealife. we watched the whales and sea turtles from the lanai. The company was responsive to any needs and the condo was fully stocked with anything we could have asked for. It was an amazing vacation in no small part to the condo.
