Mahana #508 is located on the 5th floor which is ideal for views--not being too high and getting disconnected from the beach or too low and having palm trees block the view. This residence was just recently purchased in 2021 and the new owners have done an elegant job of reinvigorating the space throughout. Handsome blue furniture brings the stunning exterior surroundings into the home rather than overwhelming the space. The unit was clean, had a great view. The kitchen was very small and tight. The laundry had a door that did not open all the way so you had 3/4 the space to load clothes. The toilet was the closest to the wall I have ever seen. All that said the property was well maintained. They property was cramped and that was due to the layout.

This condo has the most fabulous view. I swear you could almost throw a shoe into the ocean. You can hear the waves with all the doors closed. We enjoyed everything about it. The bed is very comfortable. We didn’t cook but it was nice to have a fridge to keep snacks in. The pool was warm and pretty quiet. There were no children when we were there so we enjoyed the quietness of that. The sofa was a bit soft and didn’t support my back while sitting to watch TV but didn’t bother my husband. It was clean and the 5 th floor was the perfect height to see the ocean and wonderful sunsets. The patio furniture has cushions which we liked. We would definitely stay there again!

The unit was exactly as pictured, immaculate and had everything we needed! One suggestion, the lanai was unuseable due to sun and heat from noon to sunset, perhaps a screen and/or fan?

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! Amazing beachside view in the living room and bedroom. Very clean and well-maintained. Loved that we had all the essentials from kitchen utensils to beach towels/chair/umbrella.

This is a beautiful, well-updated condo in the north Kaanapali Beach area. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The 5th floor was perfect for sitting on the lanai and watching the sea turtles swim all day. The binoculars that were provided allowed us to watch spinner dolphins jumping and spinning off-shore. We prepared most of our meals in the fully updated kitchen or on the grills by the pool. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to help keep our packing light and to have clean clothes and towels. The location was great. We could walk to the supermarket and to a Food Truck lot that had some great food. We could also walk to restaurants and easily access the boardwalk to travels along the beach all the way down past Black Rock and south of Kaanapali Beach. Our hosts thought of everything and even provided us with a welcome gift of local Hawaiian treats, a starter supply of coffee, sweeteners, dish detergent, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The Stice Team was in contact with us as soon as we arrived and available to answer any questions. We enjoyed the beach (although bring your water shoes as there is coral and sea urchins right off the beach), the pool was warm but refreshing, and the hot tub was great after getting chilly snorkeling right out front for a couple of hours. The sunsets were gorgeous with excellent views of Lanai and Molokai. We would love to come and stay again!

We have stayed at The Mahana at least ten times and this is one of the nicest units we have rented. The description said it was updated in 2022 and they did an excellent job of providing everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. I like things to be clean and organized and this unit exceeded my expecations. Hawaii Life provided great communication before, during, and after our stay. My wife and I pretty much like setting on the lanai and watching the whales and we were not disappointed. We always make a trip to Mama's Fish House to celebrate our anniversary and have have always had great food, finishing off the meal with The Black Pearl dessert. Would definitely recommend this unit and Mama's to anyone.

Property is exactly as described. Very clean
Kitchen had all utensils, good quality dishes. We were supplied with all the general supplies we needed for our entire stay.
Bath, also all soap, shampoo & lotion supplied. Plenty of good quality matching towels.
Bed and bedding good quality.
Do not hesitate to rent this unit, you will enjoy the time.
The only negative is the ongoing construction on the property, but it was intermittent and didn’t take away from our pool or beach time.

The property manager was very helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need. It is exactly as shown in the video and pictures with the listing. They did an excellent job of providing everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. The bed was really comfortable. The condo's view is Awesome! The sunsets you can watch them from the living room or the patio. Listening to the waves during the day and night was fabulous. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Thank you, Sooooo! much for the kind gifts and card. Overall, I recommend this vacation condo rental. You won't be disappointed. We will be back! Aloha!

This unit overlooks Lani and Molokai with perfect sunsets, whale sightings, restaurants close by and food trucks right down the street. Unit is stocked with beach towels and chairs, cooking equipment and great coffee maker. What a surprise to get chocolates, wine and loncalatreats too! This apartment is a dream! Best experience ever. Fully renovated, best view you can imagine. Communication with the hosts was perfect. The Mahana is a beautiful building with a prime location. The construction repairs did not affect this tower at all at the time we visited (Early June 2022). The bed and mattress are incredibly comfortable. 10 min away from Lahaina, which is an amazing town. We cannot wait to come back, we will totally book this apartment again. Thank you so much for contributing to the best vacations we have taken so far. Mahalo.

The Mahana 508 is a lovely condo and ideal spot for a romantic getaway. The location is fantastic: it's RIGHT on the ocean, offers views of sea turtles and dolphins from the lanai, it's quiet and cozy, and a short walking distance to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and grocery store. We slept every night with the door open with the ocean in the background. This condo was an excellent place to return to after our daily adventures exploring the enchanting diverse landscapes, birds, and flowers of Maui. We really appreciate the kind gifts and card too.
