With nearly 2000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as have privacy for quiet time. There are two lanais. Central air conditioning for those hot summer nights and a tropical oasis pool to help you unwind and relax on the north shore of the beautiful island of Kauai.

There is a large flat screen television in the living room with Digital Cable and DVR player/recorder (and DVD) and one television in the Queen bedroom. This rental was perfect for our daughter, son in law and 2 daughters and ourselves. It was fully stocked and super clean and quiet. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do on the island. I would definitely stay again! Ps best beds I've ever slept in!

This was a great vacation rental for our family of 6. There was plenty of room to spread out. There is ample parking, it is quiet and private. The house had everything you need to have the perfect Kauai vacation. The pool, hot tub and grill were a nice bonus. There are several beaches within walking distance or a short drive to the worlds best beaches. We can’t wait to come back.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful property. The house is very comfortable and I know the owners must love this property. The pool is nice and close by. It was nice layout with the bedrooms all having their own baths. This is nice since we were traveling with our adult sons.

Fantastic accommodations and great amenities. They had snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and everything you could want on a vacation. Did not need to rent anything. Right off the makai golf course. And great location to hideaway beach and a Anini Beach.

Very nice rental. Spacious, clean and well appointed. Grounds very nice, with big pool and hot tub only a quick walk from the unit.

Would return, but not in the winter. North Shore weather in winter is a bit colder/wetter than expected, and beaches not as calm.

Nothing could have made my stay better, was very close to the beach, and turtle caves,and plenty of outdoor activities. Everything in the house was very clean and operational, everything you could of asked for in a vacation rental.

This as a wonderful condominium.
It was large and spacious.
It was located directly across from a greenbelt which was perfect for morning coffee and to just take in the wonderful view with a peek ant the ocean.
There was plenty of room for us and my daughters family.
The grandchildren loved the pool.
We were there at the end of every day.
This condo was an overall great experience.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay at Nihilani. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the condo was spacious and comfortable. It was easy to get in and out with the key in the lockbox. It was convenient to get to Hanalei and the surrounding beaches. Would stay here again!

Home was very nice, clean, and welcoming. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room to stretch out and had items for use for a day on the beach. Easy check in and out. Would recommend if staying in the Princeville area.
