Vacation rental is very clean and spacious. Loved the ac units in each room along with fans. Beds were comfortable and just overall everything was awesome. I loved this property so much I’m already planning our next Maui vacation! The grounds keep does an amazing job and the amenities near by you just can’t beat. This was our first time to Lahaina and now I can see why people go there.

Fantastic stay at this unit. Linens and towels smelled freshly laundered. Appliances top notch. Kitchen utensils, pots, plates, and cups all well stocked. Extra beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, kids toys all present. Few steps to the left and you are at an awesome beach, few steps to the right and you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and putting green. Short drive to Front street and walking distance to great food trucks and local restaurants. Add all of the above to beautiful daytime views of Molakai and night time sunsets right outside the window makes this unit a very desirable place to vacation. No negatives here. Hope to come back again.

We have stayed at Papakea many times but this is the first time that we stayed right on the beach. It was great, were just feet from the ocean, beautiful view, particularly of the sunset. Papakea is a great location and works well for kids. The unit is nice inside, we have stayed in some that are dated/worn but L106 was not that way. Tons of towels, and table and chairs on the lanai, sat out there for hours. We had contact from management group, but we had no issues so never needed to have their involvement once we were there.

Our favorite place to stay in Maui is at Papakea, ground level, and facing the ocean. It's never crowded with beach goers and most of the time we only saw people hanging around the sea wall was during sunset, which is a must!

Came back to this same place after a vacation here last year. They upgraded their furniture and several other items in the condo which was great. We have young kids so the lawn space outside of the patio is AWESOME. No worrying about kids on a balcony.

We spent two weeks at the Papakea L-106 unit and enjoyed every minute. The lanai is the perfect place for morning coffee while watching whales and the morning waves. And the perfect place to watch incredible sunsets every night. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Condo was clean and well appointed with everything that you'd need. There were seven brand new beach chairs!! Three coolers, of various sizes. Absolutely perfectly appointed. We loved it!!

The house is located right on the seawall with a sandy beach a few steps away, the pool a few steps away, and parking a few steps away. The location is amazing - walking distance to a grocery store, food trucks, and restaurants. A short drive away from incredible beaches. And the house is well stocked with everything you need. We did have an issue with the laundry facilities and it took over a day to get a response from the property manager. It did get fixed during our trip, but there was a lot of uncertainty about whether it would get fixed, and when. Overall, great stay, and I heartily recommend this property to other travelers.

This condo has it all - great attention to detail inside as well as fabulous location. A ground floor unit is great to step right out onto the grassy area that is steps from the ocean. The inside is packed with everything you will need on your vacation for beach fun, including chairs, toys and towels. The unit Is beautiful inside, with great attention to detail in the decorating. The condo is walking distance from stores, restaurants, food carts and fruit stands so you will want for nothing. We rented during a change in ownership and management companies which could have been a scary experience but this management company was very communicative and professional during the transition. We had a fabulous family vacation here - you will too! We would absolutely rent this unit again.

We had a great time at Papakea L106. The condo was well equipped with almost everything that we needed. They even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. You don’t get that at a hotel. The kitchen was well equipped which made it very comfortable for use to cook most of our meals. The management company was very accommodating. We needed extra blankets and they rushed over with brand new down comforters. The best part of our trip was the ocean front accommodations and the beautiful sunsets. Wow. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo was fantastic. Not only was it very clean, but it was also very well equipped, we did not need anything additional. It was also located in a great location, near most everything. Rainbows nearly every morning and whales jumping every time I sat on the lanai. The binoculars, beach towels, lawn chairs and snorkeling masks were a great touch. We also enjoyed the books and games and of course the pool and hot tub. I cannot wait to return.

Great experience staying here! Locations is amazing with access to a beautiful grassy area and the beach as well. The resort as well was wonderful with activities for all and great pools for the kids. This area of Maui is gorgeous and this location was wonderful to explore from. The only issue with this location was the washer went out which was a bummer with our large family. We intentionally packed light knowing we could do laundry so this was an issue. These things happen though and that issue would not stop me from staying here again.

We have stayed at this rental property twice now and LOVE it. Best unit for families with access to the outside area on the ground floor, a Murphy bed AND bunk beds in the second bedroom and air conditioning in every room. Great chairs, umbrellas, kid toys in the unit and working with the rental management company was a breeze. Papakea is the best place to stay on Maui!
