Retreat and relax just outside of Historic Lahaina town in this stunning 2021 remodeled townhome as your jaw drops with each Humpback breach, the heart warms as turtles smile up at you, and dreamlike green flash sunsets will have you wanting to visit us here at least once a year.

The modern kitchen is open and warm with a massive quartz island as its centerpiece- Gather and Enjoy here while lounging on comfy bar stools prepping your Opakapaka filets or Maui Nui Venison filets for the outdoor grill on your oceanfront patio.

The brand new cabinetry is handsome and functional while being fully stocked as the perfect home away from home. You will enjoy the fresh interior decor and staging which is tastefully colorful and contains some of the very best scenes from around Hawaii as art pieces throughout.

Puamana 254-2 is a tri-level residence - living, kitchen, dining area and covered lanai on the ground floor. Who doesn’t love to run right out on the plush lawn to greet the sun and the mighty Pacific!

On the second floor lives the master bedroom (king bed), ensuite bath and direct access through sliding glass doors to a massive lounging view deck with ample outdoor furniture to enjoy musing on the surfers shredding swells and the scintillating stars sparkle. Also on this floor sits the second bedroom (queen) plus ensuite bath.

The 3rd. floor loft has a play area for the little ones with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and its own half bath. All guests can choose to lull yourself to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and island breezes or make it extra cozy and turn on the fine-tuned A/C system.

Puamana is a quaint and secure oceanfront community radiating with warmth and love as it’s comprised of full time and part time residents but is also legally permitted for short term vacation rentals. As you enter this gated community you smile, fill your soul with the positive Mana, and know that you have arrived. The gracious grassy lawns, plethora of palms, and sweet scented plumeria trees set the stage for the perfect environment for healthy outdoor activities. There are optimal beginner and intermediate surfing breaks right out front while the mouth watering mango trees add shade for yoga or other calisthenics. Be sure to tip the adorable little girls selling lemonade as you refresh after playing in the water, lawns, or enjoying the tennis courts.

We had the opportunity to stay for a week. This condo was perfect in every way. The location perfect 5 min to town and no need to go anywhere, you are litterly on the beach with great access to the ocean. We even had a monk Seal come visit us twice while we were there. I brought My parents with us and it was perfect for them to sit on the porch underneath and it was like they were on the beach. It was just a really amazing stay thank you for having us.

The oceanfront townhouse was exactly what we had envisioned. Great for families as having a lanai made easy for our 3 kids to play on the grass. Great for multi generational families, as we enjoyed the holiday break with my parents, my partner and my kids and the unit was big enough to easily accommodate all 7 of us.

We will definitely book this unit again.

This home is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! This made our maui vacation so special. The home was perfect with amazing views and we loved how beautiful and clean this home was. The beds were so comfortable and the sound of the waves crashing at night was just awesome! So close to everything. The pools were great for the little ones and the beach was so beautiful. We could see whales from the home. We will be back to rent 254-2 again next time we are in Maui! So great for kids!!

We booked this rental with our fingers crossed that it was everything the pictures promised.... And it was MORE! The location of the townhome was so close to Front Street with all the action in Lahaina (walking distance) in a very peaceful and secure neighborhood. The kitchen (and the rest of the home) was laid out so well and functional that our family of 7 was able to stay comfortably in a place that felt like home away from home. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Lanai was so peaceful. The property was well maintained and the staff was incredibly responsive to assist when the power went out. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We hope that we can return again one day soon and stay here again. Picturesque views and incredible location for your stay on Maui!

The house was well appointed with all the necessities in the kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfortable! I appreciated the large size shampoo and conditioner left in the shower for our use since we were staying for 10 days. Beach access was a short walk down the way, but not too far. We enjoyed the sunsets on the lanai. We forgot my son's backpack and they agreed to mail the pack to us after leaving. The manager was responsive and helpful and even helped to set up a late check out.

We had a wonderful experience in this rental. The views were breathtaking. It was a nice location close to Front St with several restaurant options. Our only complaint was there was no actual beach behind the property but it could have been due to the tide on the days we were there. We did spot a cockroach in the kitchen and the floors could have been a little cleaner but besides that the place was updated, comfortable and overall a great place to stay.

We made an excellent choice with this home! The location was great - views of the ocean, walking distance to town, quiet, safe, etc. We really enjoyed the patio and the balcony. At night our family of 6 adults all gathered in the family room to watch movies on the large screen tv. It was clean with many amenities. The owners responded quickly and answered any questions we had. If we are ever able to get back to Maui, we will definitely book this home again!

What an incredible stay we had in Puamana 254-2! The condo itself is gorgeous and the grounds are so peaceful. We were a group of five: three adults, one teen, and one child. The beds were very comfortable and the entire unit is impeccably decorated. We loved how close we were to Lahaina, yet removed from the hustle and bustle. We can't wait to come back to enjoy this unit again sometime.

This was by far the most beautiful, updated, and well stocked rental we've ever stayed in. The pictures are not spun - they accurately depict what you're getting. We were there for 8 nights and didn't eat out once - the kitchen is great for cooking and the BBQ is right on the patio stocked with plenty of gas cans to get you through your stay.

The two second floor bedrooms come with full baths and the upstairs with two bunk beds and a sitting area with a TV is fantastic for the kids to have their own space.

My favorite part about this place was the surf break right out front. The waves weren't big but there was never anybody out. You can walk down the beach to a better break but there are always waves right in front. I rented an epoxy surfboard for a week at Boss Frogs for $90. The condo rentals comes with 2 boogie boards that the kids bobbed around on endlessly all week.

The location is great - you're far enough away from Lahaina and Kaanapali Beach but close enough to walk into town and enjoy the environment.

When I was researching this place, the only negative comments I saw was about the strict rules the community enforces. The strict rules get you the peaceful and serene surroundings that you will love. In this regard, please respect the permanent residents and the place they call home. Access the beach in designated areas, don't leave stuff out on the lawn at night, wear a mask on the premises, park in designated areas, put your trash in the trash cans, don't be loud at the pool.

This place is pretty much paradise - an alternative to staying at one of the many Kaanapali Beach timeshare condos.

The house was perfect for our group of five. There are two outdoor areas, a dining area on the ground level and a deck on the second floor. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the incredible views. The house had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and air conditioning. We arrived on a Saturday and the office is closed on weekends so it was a bit challenging getting the code for the main gate. Perhaps there can be a way to make checkin a bit easier on weekends. As a warning, the beach is not made for sunbathing. When it is high tide there is no beach at all and when it is low, the beach is full of large rocks. However, there are several beaches nearby so it wasn't a problem for us.

Beautiful unit...steps from the beach.

Recently remodeled with top notch furnishings. Full equipped kitchen with new appliances and everything you need.

Great for multi-family or multi generational groups. Kitchen, living , dining on the 1st floor. Two adult bedrooms w/ attached baths on the 2nd floor. Kids room w/ two sets of bunk beds w/ their own bathroom and TV on the 3rd floor.

Outstanding! Highly recommended.

The rental exceeded our expectations! The property at Puamana is top-notch - beautifully-maintained landscaping, nice pools, and no hotel can beat the oceanfront sunset views we had. This unit is newly renovated, with all the amenities you could need, and plenty of space for our two families. We never wanted to leave - nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

The unit was beautiful! The unit looked like it had been recently updated. New appliances and furnishings. The refrigerator had an error message displayed and the unit management had someone there placing a back up fridge just in case the unit went out during our stay.
The views were amazing! Right on the water. The complex was nice.
