This spacious, airy and bright 2 story condo is just steps away from the white sandy shores of Waiohuli Beach and is walking distance to Kihei regional park, Maui Nui Golf Club, and a number of wonderful shops and restaurants, plus only a 1 minute walk to the supermarket. Kihei provides easy access to the charming towns of upcountry Maui and is just a short drive to world-famous Makena beach.

This lovely condo features an updated kitchen with everything you need to make meals from home. This unit is also equipped with a new split air conditioning system on both floors. Coin operated washer and dryer are available to use. The living room has a queen size pull-out couch, cable TV, and high speed internet. Enjoy cocktails on your private lanai after a long day at the beach or relax in the pool on the grounds of your complex. There is also a clubhouse and BBQ area that guests can enjoy.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed with comfortable linens. There is also a bathroom on the main floor of the condo. In addition to the downstairs bedroom, there is a charming upstairs loft with a king-sized bed and private, full bathroom.

Kihei Garden Estates has just 84-units and their impeccably kept grounds feature an impressive array of native tropical plants and flowers. Come enjoy the serenity of this wonderful location – sunsets from the beach across the street are unforgettable!

Being a two minute walk to the super market on one side and a lovely beach (with sunset views) on the other was more that we could have hoped for. Easy to get to, and in a great spot on the island that is convenient for everything. Plenty of parking. The condo itself was the perfect size (albeit cozy) for two adult couples on vacation. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the well cared for grounds. I do recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask for both bedrooms as the loft is exposed to the rest of the home, and although the main-level bedroom air conditioning unit is powerful enough to cool the bedroom quickly, which is great, it's also very loud. On the plus side, if the bedroom's AC fan is running all night, it will drown out the sound of birds and such in the early hours of the morning. We really wish there had been a washer/dryer within the unit itself, rather than coin laundry within the complex but as we were only there 5 days, we were able to wait until our next location to do laundry. We didn't use the pool, but we appreciated the outdoor showers for spraying off our sandy feet after visiting the beach.
The bath towels were perhaps a little small and worn, and the toilet paper is practically transparent (in all fairness, you never know if a property's plumbing can handle the "good" stuff) but honestly, we're nitpicking at this point, because this was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone (who doesn't mind going up a flight of stairs to get into the unit).

We had a wonderful time at this conveniently located, well maintained condo. Wally, the on-site manager was awesome! The unit was exactly as pictured and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 11 days. It had everything you would ever need for an amazing Maui vacation with your family. It’s steps away from a beautiful beach, and equally as close to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

The property had everything we needed and then some. Very clean when we checked in. In a very good location, we were only a few steps from restaurants and grocery store, we enjoyed our stay here.

This apartment is located between Time supermarket and the local beach, about 2 mins walk each direction. In a really cute town of Kihei. It gave me a more local feel instead of a commercial one. The apartment is clean. It has most of kitchen ammenities. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach was our favorite. It's not crowded. And eventhough the water was not clear or blue, there was hardly any waves. We can walk 15-20 meters and the water was barely past our knees. Washer and dryer are located outside the house in the laundromat room that are coins operated so bring lots of quarters. Conveniently near lot of restaurants. So glad we stayed here.

We really enjoyed our vacation rental. It was very clean, family friendly and the perfect location to everything we needed. It also was equipped with everything we needed for our trip.
Our island home host Chelsea Dimin was also exceptional. We contacted her for a couple of things and she immediately responded and assisted us. Definitely looking forward to staying here in the future.
