I am going to start with the management company, Megan and Jeremy were a pleasure to work with. Check in was a breeze, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds of the Whaler are very appealing and the condo was amazing. The condo had a very fresh scent to it which hits you as you walk in. The condo felt really big and roomy which we enjoyed. The view cannot be beat and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the carpet as most of the condos have tile or hardwood flooring (in Hawaii). The kitchen and condo had everything one would need which made this a very easy stay. You cannot go wrong staying at the Whaler 508

This unit is very well maintained. The unit is like new with almost everything looking very fresh and up to date. The building is in prime location and has been around for 35+ years but it also has been fully updated. View and balcony are outstanding.

Unfortunately the communication was not too good. We did everything via email with the management company. Very few responses to questions, and I had to write several times for check in instructions. They claimed it was my spam or junk mail, but it was not. This was confirmed at check in as the front desk did not have my info and it took many calls and 45 minutes to finally get it sorted. Not what you want when traveling from Australia.

If they could fix the communication .... this would have been perfect.
