Overall our stay in this unit was excellent. The bedrooms are quite large and lots of room for unpacking your clothes. The closet in the hallway is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for the beach with lots of beach chairs and towels. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. The cutlery was getting a bit low and our Hawaii Life rep went and bought a new set of cutlery the same day we let them know about the low number of forks. The previous renters damaged one of the dining chairs and again our rep had a temporary chair for us the day after we checked in. For our next trip to Maui, if we need a 2 bedroom unit we would definetly look at this one again. We have stayed in the Grand Champions 5 or 6 times and really like the complex and it’s location and this unit is the best one we have stayed in because of the extra space and large lanai and view it offers.

Great well maintained property. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. We could see whales breaching from the balcony.

Family and I enjoyed our time at the condo. THe property was fairly clean. As I told the manager spraying the air conditioning vent with bleach to get rid of the mold build up might be something you consider. There also was a leak in the master bathroom under the sink.

Pros: Nice location, everything you need to feel like home (well stocked kitchen, nice living area, nice bedrooms)
Cons: One of the toilets didn't work (the prop mgr was very prompt in coming to fix) It actually was a problem with the water source (water wasn't filling up the tank) but toilet did work if tank was full.
Some stains on the comforter on the bed. One of the shower stalls didn't look that clean. Some stains on the living room carpet

Plenty of room for 2 couples. The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs on the property were refreshing and we met delightful people.
The unit was spacious with everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. The washing machine worked sporadically. The carpets were dirty and could use a good clean or be replaced.

The space was large, allowing room to spread out but also a wonderful lanai for meals and family time. The beds were super comfortable, the unit was clean, and the kitchen provided everything we needed to make meals. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe.

We really enjoyed our week at the Grand Champions. We enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the property and the lovely updated condo. Super convenient location to wailea beaches, shopping and food. Pools are very simple but work for a quiet afternoon. Loved that our condo had beach chairs! Overall would stay again.

We had a lovely condo with nice furnishings. It was in the second floor with an ocean view from the spacious Lanai/Balcony. The condo was well appointed, and we were comfortable there. It was quiet at night, except for the neighbor’s constant running of their A/C, even when it was 63 degrees! Still, it was pretty quiet. If it was just a A bit closer to the beach would have made it 5 stars all around! Our Representative from Hawaii Life was very attentive and courteous!

This is a lovely condo in Wailea! Easy walking distance to great food and shopping! Also, sits on the golf course, tennis courts and has 2 pools. The washer and dryer were a nice amenity, too! Highly recommend if you are in the Wailea area.
