This floor plan features 2 entrances with a private staircase. Recently remodeled with granite counter tops, new carpet, new appliances and new kitchen and bath cabinets. The spacious living area opens onto an oversized lanai, allowing the Maui sea breeze to blow inside. Enjoy year around sunsets over the ocean and whale watching during the winter months from the spacious lanai that is surrounded by beautiful foliage, ideal for entertaining.

This beautifully appointed villa is situated on the Fairway of Wailea’s elite Blue Golf Course. Walk along the walkway pass to the world’s top sandy beaches, the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine dining restaurants and the Wailea Town Center. The complex features 2 swimming pools. Note that the unit is on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

***Grand Champions has a mix of residential and vacation rental units and pest control treatments are scheduled in advance. There is interior and exterior quarterly pest control in January, April, July, and October. This may occur during your stay and it may not be refused.

**Grand Champions Villas roofing project will begin on Monday, April 01, 2024, guests can expect to hear noise associated with the project. Please note work on unit #32 isn't projected to start till Nov 2024.

Great location with a lovely view of the ocean.
Plenty of room for 2 couples. The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs on the property were refreshing and we met delightful people.
The unit was spacious with everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. The washing machine worked sporadically. The carpets were dirty and could use a good clean or be replaced.

The place was exactly as described in the site. The lactation is great being on the corner and this allows more privacy on the lanai during breakfast. We didn’t have any problems with the apartment- everything worked fine. The location is very close to shopping places and restaurants - it would’ve been perfect if we didn’t have to drive to the beach, but it was ok. We enjoyed every second. Mahalo!

The property was as described, incredible location! The condo is on the second floor up a flight of stairs, with a nice balcony with a views of the ocean. There are two pools - one that is meant to be 'quiet' and another that is more family friendly both have a hot tub and bbq grills.

The management company was very easy to work with and extremely responsive to any request or questions we had prior to our stay or during.

We loved our week staying at Grand Champions 32! Our on-island host was very responsive and accommodating. The space was large, allowing room to spread out but also a wonderful lanai for meals and family time. The beds were super comfortable, the unit was clean, and the kitchen provided everything we needed to make meals. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe.

We had a lovely condo with nice furnishings. It was in the second floor with an ocean view from the spacious Lanai/Balcony. The condo was well appointed, and we were comfortable there. It was quiet at night, except for the neighbor’s constant running of their A/C, even when it was 63 degrees! Still, it was pretty quiet. If it was just a A bit closer to the beach would have made it 5 stars all around! Our Representative from Hawaii Life was very attentive and courteous!

We really enjoyed our week at the Grand Champions. We enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the property and the lovely updated condo. Super convenient location to wailea beaches, shopping and food. Pools are very simple but work for a quiet afternoon. Loved that our condo had beach chairs! Overall would stay again.

This is a lovely condo in Wailea! Easy walking distance to great food and shopping! Also, sits on the golf course, tennis courts and has 2 pools. The washer and dryer were a nice amenity, too! Highly recommend if you are in the Wailea area.
