Condo was on the top floor (lots of stairs) but view was nice of the water. Small space but adequate enough . No really place to put beach gear, or hang laundry to dry (lots of rain while we were there). Wish it had a porch to enjoy the views better! Neighbor was a bit grumpy, and occasionally loud with herbal smell wafting over. No dishwasher (my fault for missing that in listing). Parking space was tight but nice to have covered spot. Overall ok rental for location.

The spacious and private apartment is in a great location, right near the beach and in walkable distance of restaurants, hiking trails and shops. The space was very well-equipped with anything we needed and the host was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in Poipu - we loved the proximity to the turtle resting spot. Not to mention the giant breaching whale show we got to see - I have never seen anything like it before. The parking was a little challenging with the support poles. This condo was great. It was within walking distance to the beach (maybe a block away) and you can see the beach from the livingroom window. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The night before we were to fly out, we got stuck on the road back to the condo for 3 hours. We knew we were going to get in late so I emailed to ask if we could have an extra hour to check out. In the morning, I got a call to let me know that we could have until noon to check out because they did not have another rental coming in and the housekeeper would rearrange the schedule. We were so happy to have that extra couple of hours. Would definately stay here again.

Unit is best suited for a couple or 2 friends. No dining table for family to eat meals. Beautiful view of water, but windows and screens needed to be cleaned. Shower had 2 nozzle heads that continuously ran, using more water than necessary. Best part of unit is the location to Poipu beach for snorkeling and swimming.

Place was easy to find, get into and stay at. Literally two minutes from Poipu Beach and could see and hear the ocean from the condo. Condo was nicely updated, comfortable and clean. Perfect for a relaxing get away. Close enough to main road for trips around the island. Overall, great place to stay and would love to return!

The property was not new but was in very good condition. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. It is, of course, more than 100 steps from the beach - more like 200. We arrived after dark; there are literally no street lights and not many signs. Thank God I had a flashlight to read street names (none of which I can pronounce or spell). I recommend specific, detailed directions from the airport to condo. I was extremely lucky to find it.

Yang: 3rd. floor with no elevator. No Lanai (patio) for outdoor sitting. One Bathroom. No central air conditioning-- one must drain the condensation pan of the in-room air conditioners. The Living Room became too hot by afternoon every day-- the A/C unit is ineffective until evening... it was more comfortable outside... this is where no Lanai comes into play.

First let me start off by saying that this is a nice condo in an excellent location. It's small but has everything you need. It's very clean and the beds are comfortable (sheets are amazing actually, very high thread count). But all of that was wiped out by the constant heat in the condo. It has great room air conditioners in every room which blew cold air but they just couldn't compete. We ran them 24/7 and that made it bearable enough but they are loud so it was hard to sleep. We brought our ear plugs so that made it easier. We just couldn't figure out why the condo wouldn't cool! At one point, my husband put his hand up on the ceiling in the bathroom and it was VERY hot so I'm guessing no insulation. If you are going in the winter when it's a bit cooler, this might be a great place. Like I said it's great in every other way but I can't recommend this place in the summer.

Wonderful location for seeing the ocean and walking to terrific snorkeling. We had to go up 2 flights of stairs to the condo and we had to figure out how to cool it in the afternnon. Keeping the front door open to allow ocean breeze helped. The neighbors were friendly abd helpful telling us where we could buy groceries.

The location was excellent! We rented the two bedroom which was nice! The kitchen living room was small as there was no room for all 4 of us to sit together for a meal, or play cards. We had to eat on at the counter and in the living room! They could have used more plates as there were only four in total. Several of the dishes had small chips and they did not have a dishwasher. They did have two beach chairs, and 4 sets of snorkels which was nice.

We had a great experience with this property/manager. All aspects (booking, location, access, communication) went like clockwork. The property was well maintained, quiet and in an excellent location. Snorkel equipment and beach chairs/towels were a nice surprise. Daytime temperatures in Dec/Jan were around 73 F (22 C) and we barely touched the air conditioning. The only drawback is the communal BBQ (a Weber Genesis which, as a side note, I also own back in Canada). For some reason, the communal BBQ couldn't get over 330 F. Certainly not a big issue - as long as you know, you can plan meals accordingly. Thank you!

This property was nothing less than perfect. The proximaty to the beach is only a short walk, the proximity on the island makes it easy to explore both the canyon and the north shore and the condo itself is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We would love to return!
