Beautiful condo and location. The only downside was having to put one of the screen doors back in its tracks. It was just hanging out on the lanai. Also, one of the sliding doors in the living room was very difficult to close. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again! Aloha

We loved our stay at the ocean from Waipouli condo. The two master setup was perfect for us as two adult couples. The VRBO listing is 100% accurate, checkin/checkout was easy & communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. The condo location is perfect if you're trying to do things on both ends of the island as we were. It is a bit unnerving to be right in the heart of town and yet still right on the beach but we were easily able to put that out of mind as we settled into the beach lounge chairs. The pool/slide setup would be perfect for families with smaller children but we preferred to relax under the palms along the beach. THe onsite restaurant was excellent - we ate there 3 times and enjoyed it every time. Will definitely come back nex time we come to Kauai.

This was our second time at the Waipouli resort. Our first stay was nice, but nothing compared to room H402. The view was spectacular, the 2 bedroom condo had everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The location is ideal, shopping and food options right across the street.
We will definitely book this room again in the future, we can’t wait to return to Kauai.

Our stay was comfortable and the views were breathtaking! Everything we needed was just steps away including an icredible beach and a terrific pool with multiple hot tubs. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store, shaved ice and ice cream. You can walk everywhere! I highly recommend this gem!

The apartment was in excellent condition and in an excellent location. The views from the corner balcony on the fourth and therefore top floor were simply marvellous. The furnishings were very good and the entire apartment complex was extremely well maintained. We would come here again and again and can only recommend this apartment.

This was our first trip to the island. My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary. Our daughter and her husband were celebrating their 10 year anniversary. The accomodations were perfect and location was great. We enjoyed our stay.

After three long years since we last vacationed in Kauai and after an intensive search for just the right condo, we booked Hale Tiare for a week in December 2022. It was one of the more luxurious condo we could find and only somewhat more expensive than many others. This property checked all the boxes. It had a full ocean view, great kitchen and a wonderful pool and hot tub. It was 2 bedroom that we didn't need, but it had everything else. The kitchen had a wolf stove and a sub zero fridge to give you an idea of the upgraded quality. And the best part, the condo was so well stocked with seasonings, pots and pans and even beach chairs and umbrella for our use. There were many details that were addressed and greatly appreciated. We were able to cook several meals with supplies from Costco to offset the costs of daily eating 3 meals out. The "on property" restaurant, Oasis on the Beach was just a few steps from our building. The food was quite good and convenient. The beach on the property was amazing and the lounge chairs provided were so comfortable! The condo and the property was meticulously clean and cared for. Such a pleasure. We hope to return next year.

Our stay at Hale Tiare was amazing. We were 2 couples celebrating my 60th Birthday. The condo was perfect for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom but still share the common space. This rental is beautiful with amazing views. The hallways are drab which was our first greeting but the unit itself is beautiful. There were little things like mold in the washer, beach sand on the soap bottles in the shower, the seal was broken to dishwasher, and a cable under the refrigerator sticking out. Oh and the pass codes on the welcome card were wrong... but once you get past those little things the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds super comfy and did I mention the views? On site the gym is nice and well Wikipedia, the pool very relaxing and the Oasis restaurant delicious for nights you don't want to use the awesome kitchen. Overall a win! Not succeeded like our other rental on the island- this is for the traveler that likes convenience - the Safeway and Toss are literally right across the street oh and Mc Donalds.

There needs to be more living room furniture and what was there was uncomfortable. The beds, however, were very comfortable. We were there from Jan 7-15. I would not recommend this time of year. It was rainy and windy so we could not boat or swim in the ocean. Surf was too high. The island has only one road around it. There was consyoff and on which made for long traffic jams.

This condo very nice with beautiful views from many sides. The resort was immaculate, they were always cleaning every day. The location had many restaurants and stores. The only downfall is if you like to swim in the ocean there is no ocean swimming. Although they do have a beautiful pool but it’s only 3 1/2 to 4 feet deep.

There is so much to do on Kauai, especially outdoors, but we found vegging on our lanai with the smells and sound of the surf, too alluring and often read in comfort. Our nights were spent in luxurious sleep, to the white noise of real waves crashing with steady trade wind breeze running over us. Just across the street is a little shopping center with everything we needed our entire trip. And the facility pool was spectacular. The only negative was the beachfront, which does not have a good place to swim, but the beach itself was lovely and I crowded, as a result. I would go back.

We had a fantastic stay at that the Waipouli Beach Resort. I was very happy with the accommodations. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The beds were large and cozy, and my son slept comfortably on the pull out in the living room. It was a great location that was close to everything on the island. We grilled most nights at the Resort and the grills were incredibly clean - this was true for the entire resort. I was very impressed. We had an issue with a smoke alarm needing attention and we had no trouble reaching someone and the issue was promptly taken care of. I would definitely recommend the Waipouli Beach Resort!

We had a fantastic stay at that the Waipouli Beach Resort. I was very happy with the accommodations. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The beds were large and cozy, and my son slept comfortably on the pull out in the living room. It was a great location that was close to everything on the island. This was a working vacation for us so we had to spend more time than usual in the condo. I was so glad we had booked such a large and beautiful condo. The grounds were immaculate and the beach was beautiful. Cant wait to come back!
