Enjoy a spacious living area with ocean views from the lanai, cable television, and air conditioning. This upscale unit includes a full gourmet kitchen featuring Wolf glass cooktop and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE microwave, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertop and African Mahogany cabinets.

Two Master suites feature King beds, Cable TV, full bathroom with soaking tubs and showers, and of course ocean views. For extra guests, there is a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Additional features of this unit and also include ceiling fans, linens and bedding, interior full size stackable washer and dryer, and elevator access. The 13+ acre resort property boasts lush tropical landscaping surrounding a freshwater pool complete with water slides, waterfalls, 3 sandy bottom hot tubs, with a sandy bottom children's pool.

Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa Rated #1 Hawaiian Island by Travel & Leisure magazine and designated as the most outstanding resort in Hawaii by the Parade Of Homes. ***Please note that a daily resort fee of $30+GET per day (for arrivals through 2024) will be added to your reservation. That fee will increase to $32+GET per day for arrivals beginning Jan 1, 2025.

Our stay was comfortable and the views were breathtaking! Everything we needed was just steps away including an icredible beach and a terrific pool with multiple hot tubs. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store, shaved ice and ice cream. You can walk everywhere! I highly recommend this gem!

The apartment was in excellent condition and in an excellent location. The views from the corner balcony on the fourth and therefore top floor were simply marvellous. The furnishings were very good and the entire apartment complex was extremely well maintained. We would come here again and again and can only recommend this apartment.

From the moment you open the door, you feel the excellence of this unit. The view is amazing, the bed SO comfortable, huge well stocked kitchen, convenience of having a washer/dryer, lots of closet space & such a convenient location. We would love the opportunity to stay again. On site, the lazy river is not your 'usual' lazy river where you can float in a tube around it. No tubes are allowed so you just swim or walk it. Plenty of chairs & umbrellas around the pool area & very nice well stocked gym.
Prior to arrival, I asked our 'on island home host' an important question but never received a reply. Fortunately, I didn't need any additional help while there.
Recommend the following restaurants: Bubba Burgers, Monica's for Mexican & Duke's!

Hale Tiare was perfect! The pictures represent the property very accurately. This must be the best unit in the complex. The location of the unit could not be beaten. The location of the complex is convenient to everything. The Oasis Restaurant at the Waipouli Beach Resort was excellent. The servers, menu, preparation and food presentation were outstanding. The shave ice across the street at Wailua Shave Ice was the best that we had on the island. We’d definitely rent Hale Tiare again!

Was very happy with our experience staying at Hale Tiare. Walking in and seeing that the property matched the advertised pictures perfectly put our minds at ease immediately. Spent our 50th Anniversary with our daughter and son in law, and staying at Hale Tiare made our celebration one of comfort and enjoyment. Conveniently located between Poipu and Hanalei made for easy sight seeing in either direction. The resorts pool, offered relaxation for afternoon cool down. The location of the room offered great morning views of the sunrise while sipping that first cup of coffee. Being a corner unit on the top floor, with ocean frontage made for a very relaxing stay. It has to be the top unit to stay in at the resort. We would highly recommend anyone, to enjoy Hale Tiare in paradise, as you won't be disappointed!

We enjoyed the resort atmosphere and access to a resort style pool. Our 13 & 14 year old kids loved the pool and slides! The adults loved the hot tubs! We also had dinner once at Oasis, the restaurant by the beach/pool, and really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was great! The condo itself was very well maintained and clean. Everything felt very modern. We ate out on the lanai every day and really enjoyed the sound of the waves and beautiful view. The kitchen and bathrooms were also lovely. We enjoyed the area of Kapa’a. A highlight was Lydgate Park/Beach. They have built a wall to create a protected swimming area that is also fantastic for snorkeling. We saw tons of fish. A very nice beach as well. We also loved Russell’s by Eat Healthy Kauai. It is plant based and great. There is a backyard seating area that is very nice and your kids (or adults) can have fun spraying the chickens with supplied water spray bottles. Overall our stay was a solid 5 stars.

This condo very nice with beautiful views from many sides. The resort was immaculate, they were always cleaning every day. The location had many restaurants and stores. The only downfall is if you like to swim in the ocean there is no ocean swimming. Although they do have a beautiful pool but it’s only 3 1/2 to 4 feet deep.

Easy rental experience. The greeter was very helpful as was the concierge.the unit was high quality construction. Two couples and each of us had our own suite with bath. There needs to be more living room furniture and what was there was uncomfortable. The beds, however, were very comfortable. We were there from Jan 7-15. I would not recommend this time of year. It was rainy and windy so we could not boat or swim in the ocean. Surf was too high. The island has only one road around it. There was consyoff and on which made for long traffic jams.

We were fortunate to find this property at the last minute! The layout is great for 2 couples with each having an en suite. The kitchen was adequately stocked for any meal prep needs. Everything was clean on arrival. The small deck looks out to the ocean and pool. This was the selling point for us! We really enjoyed happy hour at the restaurant on the property. The pool area is expansive with a number of options including an adult only hot tub. We would definitely return.

A Week in Glorious Kauai at Hale Tiare

After three long years since we last vacationed in Kauai and after an intensive search for just the right condo, we booked Hale Tiare for a week in December 2022. It was one of the more luxurious condo we could find and only somewhat more expensive than many others. This property checked all the boxes. It had a full ocean view, great kitchen and a wonderful pool and hot tub. It was 2 bedroom that we didn't need, but it had everything else. The kitchen had a wolf stove and a sub zero fridge to give you an idea of the upgraded quality. And the best part, the condo was so well stocked with seasonings, pots and pans and even beach chairs and umbrella for our use. There were many details that were addressed and greatly appreciated. We were able to cook several meals with supplies from Costco to offset the costs of daily eating 3 meals out. The "on property" restaurant, Oasis on the Beach was just a few steps from our building. The food was quite good and convenient. The beach on the property was amazing and the lounge chairs provided were so comfortable! The condo and the property was meticulously clean and cared for. Such a pleasure. We hope to return next year.

Our stay at Hale Tiare was amazing. We were 2 couples celebrating my 60th Birthday. The condo was perfect for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom but still share the common space. The appliances were more than adequate. We sat on the balcony every evening and played cards and had cocktails and spent every morning drinking our coffee. The last night there was a live band at the Oasis restaurant and the location of the condo was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the music. I would highly recommend this condo. Perfect for sunrises.

We had a wonderful stay in Kauai. The accommodations at Hale Tiare in the Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa were exceptional. We had 4 adults stay at Hale Tiare and the floorplan/layout was ideal. The condo was very clean, exactly as advertised and was in the perfect location for all of the activities we had planned. I would highly recommend Hale Tiare for your stay while on the island of Kauai.

This was a working vacation for us so we had to spend more time than usual in the condo. I was so glad we had booked such a large and beautiful condo. The grounds were immaculate and the beach was beautiful. Cant wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at that the Waipouli Beach Resort. I was very happy with the accommodations. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The beds were large and cozy, and my son slept comfortably on the pull out in the living room. It was a great location that was close to everything on the island. We grilled most nights at the Resort and the grills were incredibly clean - this was true for the entire resort. I was very impressed. We had an issue with a smoke alarm needing attention and we had no trouble reaching someone and the issue was promptly taken care of. I would definitely recommend the Waipouli Beach Resort!

There is so much to do on Kauai, especially outdoors, but we found vegging on our lanai with the smells and sound of the surf, too alluring and often read in comfort. Our nights were spent in luxurious sleep, to the white noise of real waves crashing with steady trade wind breeze running over us. Just across the street is a little shopping center with everything we needed our entire trip. And the facility pool was spectacular. The only negative was the beachfront, which does not have a good place to swim, but the beach itself was lovely and I crowded, as a result. I would go back.

We have been to the other wonderful islands of Hawaii, but first time in Kauai...LOVED it!!! The condo was the BEST!! The best location - corner unit so facing ocean in front & facing the incredible pool on side - perfect!! High end appliances & nice big TV's on walls with no ugly wires hanging around. The entire unit was clean, neat and organized. We loved it!!
