Conveniently located clean and quiet fifth floor condo. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Two full baths. Five grills for barbecuing by the pool. Washer and dryer in the unit is a plus.

Had a great experience at this little flat. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were simple. Laundry provided. GREAT location to walk into town or any of the wonderful beaches. Temperature control was easy to manage - fans and a/c in unit. Kitchen was stocked with the most needed appliances on vacation.

It is on a higher floor, so expect to wait a while for the elevator or get used to the stairs!

This fifth floor condo is well-appointed and offered everything we wanted or desired over our 9 night stay. The beach across the street (Cam II) was amazing and had a very relaxing vibe. We would definitely come back!

The bed linens were thin and cheap feeling. The bedroom ceiling fan did not work and was replaced by an oscillating fan which did little to cool the room. It felt like the owners are trying to update it, but it's not quite there yet. We liked the location. We were there for a wedding so we got to see nicer units rented by family members. We would choose a different unit next time.

We loved our beachfront condo in Kihei! It was lovely to sit on the balcony with our morning coffee. The place is centrally located to many attractions and restaurants and steps away from the beach. Parking is easy at the garage next door to the unit. The apartment is very clean, spacious and looks newly updated, well stocked with essentials, has a comfy bed, and the second bathroom is a plus! It is a great value for what you get as well. We would recommend to anyone coming to Maui!

We chose to stay at Maui Banyan (5 nights) because of its location, within walking distance to several popular beaches as well as a variety of restaurants. It’s a convenient spot from which we made several day trips to Paia area, Haleakala, Wailea, and Makena State Park. The condo (H 506) was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We really appreciated having two bathrooms with showers. The décor was tasteful and all the rooms were very clean. The roomy, updated kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the tableware, cookware, appliances and utensils we needed. We really appreciated the convenience of having an in-suite washer & dryer, and having beach chairs, towels, picnic coolers to take to the beach.. However, we felt that the listing description of “breathtaking ocean views” was a bit overstated because although we could see the ocean in the distance from the balcony, it actually overlooks a large concrete parkade. Also, the bedroom didn’t appear to be recently updated and could benefit from a replacement of the mattress and pillows.
The amenities (pool and barbecue area) were excellent, and the adjacent garden with tropical flowers and palms provided a peaceful place to relax. The grounds of Maui Banyan are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

There were beach chairs and coolers also to use, which was so helpful for our trip! The check in and check out process was so easy! The host had great communication with us through check in and check out. The building was very quiet and I never heard anyone else around us! It is so conveniently located across the street from the beach, we frequently walked to watch sunset then walked down the road for dinner afterwards! Definitely would recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself!

We stayed at the Maui Banyan for 5 nights and it was incredible!! Firstly, the location was unbeatable. The room was across the street from the beach. Our room faced the ocean. The condo was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities needed. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was in a great location to restaurants and the beach. They provided beach equipment when we stayed such as chairs for the beach, cooler (large and small), and boogie board which was wonderful and we used quite often!

We had such a fabulous time in this beautiful condo and especially loved the lanai with ocean view! Super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was so handy having a washer and dryer. A bonus was having 2 large bathrooms. Within walking distance to so much and literally across the street from gorgeous beaches. We will definitely be back!!!

Very clean, great location. Only thing I was dissatisfied in was that the fridge would occasionally leak water. Other than that it was a great stay here, will definitely rebook in the future and recommend this place to others.

While appliances have been replaced (as one would expect in a 33 year old building), one bathroom redone and other items replaced, much of the suite is original to the building (as we know from having stayed here before). Furniture and flooring is serviceable but showing its age in places. The suite was adequate to our needs. Lara, the local representative, was attentive, pleasant and quick to correct a minor issue we had. However, we did not appreciate being charged $250 USD for a small change to our booking which we made 4 months in advance. Yes, this is in the multipage contract we signed after we had already decided to rent this suite. But it is a ridiculous charge to make for a few mouse clicks, and unique in our experience. We will seek to avoid Hawaii Life Vacation in the future for this reason.

The condo and condo location were incredible. the sunset/sunrise view from the balcony was far better that any restauraunt on the baech. the condo was modern, clean and well supplied. I have been to many condo complexes and love to grill. I have never been to a complex with grills this nice and well maintained. there are 5 Weber grills. amazing. definitely will come back.

The A/C was tricky to operate and extremely noisy the first 2 nights, but my husband (AKA McGyver) managed to correct the noise AND make it cool better than the previous 2 nights. I liked that they had beach chairs and an ice chest along with beach blankets. I’m used to sleeping on a king size bed and this room could easily accommodate that
size. I would stay there again in the future when returning to Maui.

The condo has everything necessary for a Maui vacation. There were adequate kitchen supplies and 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. it was clean and well maintained. We did have one small issue with the sleeper sofa but a handy man promptly addressed it.
