Experience the comfort and luxury of our recently renovated Maui rental, a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Kihei at the Maui Banyan Hotel. Perfectly situated on the beachfront, this condo offers easy access to five stunning beaches, including Wailea and Kamaole, all within a leisurely 15-minute stroll.

The condo is equipped with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen boasts updated stainless steel appliances and an island with a breakfast bar. A dining table for four and a dedicated workspace cater to the needs of telecommuters. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, providing an extra bed for families with small children, and a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment. High-speed internet is available throughout the condo.

Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the cozy queen-sized bed in the bedroom, which also features an additional flat-screen smart TV. For added privacy, the bedroom can be partitioned off with opaque glass pocket doors. The condo includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional bathroom.

Guests at Maui Banyan enjoy access to a range of amenities, including an onsite pool, tennis court, and barbeque pavilion. An onsite activities desk is available to help you book exciting tours in the area.

We stayed at the Maui Banyan for 5 nights and it was incredible!! Firstly, the location was unbeatable. The room was across the street from the beach. Our room faced the ocean. The condo was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities needed. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo was very well maintained and clean upon arrival. All the necessities in the kitchen were provided, as well as clean linens, beach towels and bathroom towels. There were beach chairs and coolers also to use, which was so helpful for our trip! The check in and check out process was so easy! The host had great communication with us through check in and check out. The building was very quiet and I never heard anyone else around us! It is so conveniently located across the street from the beach, we frequently walked to watch sunset then walked down the road for dinner afterwards! Definitely would recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself!

Had a great experience at this little flat. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were simple. Laundry provided. GREAT location to walk into town or any of the wonderful beaches. Temperature control was easy to manage - fans and a/c in unit. Kitchen was stocked with the most needed appliances on vacation.

It is on a higher floor, so expect to wait a while for the elevator or get used to the stairs!

Conveniently located clean and quiet fifth floor condo. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Two full baths. Five grills for barbecuing by the pool. Washer and dryer in the unit is a plus.

We chose to stay at Maui Banyan (5 nights) because of its location, within walking distance to several popular beaches as well as a variety of restaurants. It’s a convenient spot from which we made several day trips to Paia area, Haleakala, Wailea, and Makena State Park. The condo (H 506) was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We really appreciated having two bathrooms with showers. The décor was tasteful and all the rooms were very clean. The roomy, updated kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the tableware, cookware, appliances and utensils we needed. We really appreciated the convenience of having an in-suite washer & dryer, and having beach chairs, towels, picnic coolers to take to the beach.. However, we felt that the listing description of “breathtaking ocean views” was a bit overstated because although we could see the ocean in the distance from the balcony, it actually overlooks a large concrete parkade. Also, the bedroom didn’t appear to be recently updated and could benefit from a replacement of the mattress and pillows.
The amenities (pool and barbecue area) were excellent, and the adjacent garden with tropical flowers and palms provided a peaceful place to relax. The grounds of Maui Banyan are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was so conveniently located to the beach(es) and shops. The pool was well cared for as well and offered fun evenings.
The sunset view from the patio was beautiful.
Compared to other properties the cost was far more affordable.
I would recommend this property.

We loved our beachfront condo in Kihei! It was lovely to sit on the balcony with our morning coffee. The place is centrally located to many attractions and restaurants and steps away from the beach. Parking is easy at the garage next door to the unit. The apartment is very clean, spacious and looks newly updated, well stocked with essentials, has a comfy bed, and the second bathroom is a plus! It is a great value for what you get as well. We would recommend to anyone coming to Maui!

/The unit we stayed in was okay, not great. It was well stocked with the basics although we did not do any cooking. There were a few things we did not like. The bed linens were thin and cheap feeling. The bedroom ceiling fan did not work and was replaced by an oscillating fan which did little to cool the room. It felt like the owners are trying to update it, but it's not quite there yet. We liked the location. We were there for a wedding so we got to see nicer units rented by family members. We would choose a different unit next time.

This fifth floor condo is well-appointed and offered everything we wanted or desired over our 9 night stay. The beach across the street (Cam II) was amazing and had a very relaxing vibe. We would definitely come back!

The condo has everything necessary for a Maui vacation. There were adequate kitchen supplies and 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. it was clean and well maintained. We did have one small issue with the sleeper sofa but a handy man promptly addressed it.

This place was clean and decor was good. It was great for us because it offered 2 bathrooms (both had showers). The kitchen was stocked with a variety of items to cook with. The A/C was tricky to operate and extremely noisy the first 2 nights, but my husband (AKA McGyver) managed to correct the noise AND make it cool better than the previous 2 nights. I liked that they had beach chairs and an ice chest along with beach blankets. I’m used to sleeping on a king size bed and this room could easily accommodate that
size. I would stay there again in the future when returning to Maui.

The condo and condo location were incredible. the sunset/sunrise view from the balcony was far better that any restauraunt on the baech. the condo was modern, clean and well supplied. I have been to many condo complexes and love to grill. I have never been to a complex with grills this nice and well maintained. there are 5 Weber grills. amazing. definitely will come back.

This rental was perfect for our family.. had all the kitchen gadgets we needed to make quick dinners and snacks.. And also other bonuses like beach chairs and beach towels.
The rental company was awesome and had great communication.
It was about a 3 minute walk to a small, private-ish beach.
Very satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommended staying here if you're looking for a great place to stay!!
*Instacart delivers here within hours and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an Uber.. A+++++

My wife and I arrived on a Friday and left the following Friday and this was the perfect place for a couple to spend a week in Maui. It's across the street the a beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, food truck, etc. We rented a car for the week so driving to the Lahina/Kaanapali side of the island or to Kahului or up to Kula were nice short road trips. Laura was super helpful and responsive when we needed assistance with the condo itself. I shopped Maui rentals for almost a month prior to booking this one and I couldnt find a better price for a 1 bed/2 bath with wifi and washer dryer. Owner has done a great job with this super comfortable and well stocked condo. We will rent it again for sure!

Very clean, great location. Only thing I was dissatisfied in was that the fridge would occasionally leak water. Other than that it was a great stay here, will definitely rebook in the future and recommend this place to others.

We had such a fabulous time in this beautiful condo and especially loved the lanai with ocean view! Super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was so handy having a washer and dryer. A bonus was having 2 large bathrooms. Within walking distance to so much and literally across the street from gorgeous beaches. We will definitely be back!!!
