Beautiful condo in great Princeville location. Our family of four (kids ages 17 and 12) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Super clean and decorated beautifully, it had everything we could have asked for. Would book again!

This was one of the nicer condo layouts that I've been in in Princeville. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with ample living and cooking space downstairs. The kitchen was big and well stocked and utilized by us every day. The pool/jacuzzi area is very beautiful. We also appreciated a two-car garage. That being said, make sure you don't have too big of a vehicle as it could be a tight fit. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai looking over at the golf course and beautiful mountains. But what I appreciated the most was how communicative and quick to respond Marty Law was for our manager. She was the best I've ever experienced in anyone managing a property.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Hanalei. The condo was clean and up to date!

We loved our stay in this property! It was well- stocked, clean, conveniently located, and had everything our family needed to make for a relaxing and easy stay! Traveling with kids can often feel like more work than vacation, but this house provided all the conveniences. It felt like home away from home.

Yes, getting into the garage is a bit challenging, but we had two full size sedans and experienced no problems. It’s a great property: great rooms, great beds, great kitchen, great communication, no problems at all.

We loved unit 4a. It had everything you could possibly need, including all of the gear for outdoor activities. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance of a few food trucks. Close to resorts for breakfast, lunch ,dinner or drinks with amazing views. Only a mile or two from the Princeville shops and conveniently central to all of the North and Northeast activities. Our on island host, Martie Law, was awesome. She was quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Nahiliani 4a!!!

Stayed here with some family and friends 5 of us total, and we just had the greatest time! The house was spectacular! Rooms were very comfortable with private lanais! The kitchen and living room areas were a great gathering spot for food dinks and games! They also had plenty of beach gear in the garage so it made going to the beach that much easier. Very cute decor made it feel like a 2nd home. And the place was spot less they take great care of the property. Highly recommend! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in Kauai!

Directions to the property, how to get in, and how to check-out were easy to follow. There were lots of extra add-ons like beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, a cooler, sunscreen, etc for us to use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spatulas, silverware, dishes, etc and we were always able to find what we needed.
Our only minor hiccup was as we were driving to the property in our rented Yukon and read in the Arrival Instructions that XL vehicles don't fit in the garage...but vehicles must be in the garage overnight. Had this been noted in the description, we likely would have gotten two small vehicles for the 6 of us instead. We were able to park in the garage with mere inches to spare and didn't reach out to Martie for an alternative option, but definitely something to be aware of.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and if we find ourselves needing a place to stay in Kauai again, we would happily book this property again.

We had such a great experience at Nihilani 4A. This condo was clean and well supplied. Everything was in great condition. The neighborhood was nice and well maintained. The host was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
