-- Take in the magnificent views just sightseeing bia a long drive to the end of the road: Ke'e Beach; totally worth it
--Like to Hike? Okolehao, Hanakapiai or Kalalau will treat you right
--Limahuli Botanical Garden; become a member if you like: history, plants, saving the planet
--Kilauea Lighthouse: gorgeous views surround this historic site, a bird sanctuary as well. Picture worthy! Then eat lunch in Kilauea town at Kai Bar, The Bistro, or Kilauea Fish Market or grab and go a picnic lunch at North Shore Market and take it to the beach.

Immediate neighborhood pleasantries include:
--The Princeville Shopping Center, a short drive (or bike/walk) away; you can get all you need in groceries, gifts, as well as restaurants and bars within 1 mile of this condo.

--Makai Golf Course is a beautiful course a 1/4 mile away.

--A 2-mile walking/jogging path that meanders alongside the golf course with a stunning backdrop of mountain views, which is also the view from the master bedroom, and downstairs lanai.

--1 Hotel for dining, spa treatments and views from the bluff above Hanalei Bay.

This was a perfect vacation home for our family of six. It was very clean and spacious. Beautiful views and located close to beaches, grocery store, and Hanalei with restaurants and shopping. It was equipped with beach bags, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and a boogie board as well as shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. A great home, in a great location, on a beautiful island.

Stayed here with some family and friends 5 of us total, and we just had the greatest time! The house was spectacular! Rooms were very comfortable with private lanais! The kitchen and living room areas were a great gathering spot for food dinks and games! They also had plenty of beach gear in the garage so it made going to the beach that much easier. Very cute decor made it feel like a 2nd home. And the place was spot less they take great care of the property. Highly recommend! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in Kauai!

We had such a great experience at Nihilani 4A. This condo was clean and well supplied. Everything was in great condition. The neighborhood was nice and well maintained. The host was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Martie went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience at her condo. She had a welcome basket with Hawaiian staples, had sunscreen, toiletries, towels, beach chairs, bikes, etc. available for her guests. She was very communicative and even sent a text to introduce herself prior to our arrival in the event we had any questions or issues. Beautiful property and wonderful hospitality!

What a fabulous place to stay during our vacation to Kauai. The condo was exceptionally stocked with everything we could have needed. Everything was thought of! We had no issues checking in or checking out. Nihilani is a beautiful complex. We loved our dips in the pool and hot tub after a long day at the beach. Everything was beautifully maintained. We could not have asked for better!

The property exceeded our expectations from the start. Before we arrived, Martie sent a text and email to let us know how to get in touch should we have any issues (we didn't). Directions to the property, how to get in, and how to check-out were easy to follow. There were lots of extra add-ons like beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, a cooler, sunscreen, etc for us to use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spatulas, silverware, dishes, etc and we were always able to find what we needed.
Our only minor hiccup was as we were driving to the property in our rented Yukon and read in the Arrival Instructions that XL vehicles don't fit in the garage...but vehicles must be in the garage overnight. Had this been noted in the description, we likely would have gotten two small vehicles for the 6 of us instead. We were able to park in the garage with mere inches to spare and didn't reach out to Martie for an alternative option, but definitely something to be aware of.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and if we find ourselves needing a place to stay in Kauai again, we would happily book this property again.
