perfect forth four of us and a two year old
All the extra amenities for our toddler made our stay easy
the pack &play, stroller and high chair were perfect along with the beech chairs and cooler among other items left us needing nothing
well stocked kitchen this place was one of the better condos we have ever rented

There 821 Condo was excellent for our party. We especially liked the lanai where we spent each early evening with a view of the pool and palms. Close to all the places we wanted to go in Prnceville and Hanalei. We especially enjoyed snorkeling at Anini Beach where there were turtles in abundance. We come back every other year with our family and Hawaii Life is always the company we deal with no others.

We had a great experience renting through Hawaii Life Rentals! The condo was just as described and had everything needed for a wonderful week in Princeville. The balcony was great for enjoying coffee in the morning, we used the hot tub every day, and we loved having grills to cookout. I would highly recommend this condo and would rent through Hawaii Life again!

Property is in a great area, it's updated and nicely furnished, with great amenities such as a spa, a pool, workout room etc. However, we were quote disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. We we're happy to see that there was a no shoes rule in the condo, as we practice the same rules at home. However, we didn't see the point in it, as the carpet was filthy and stained, and we felt grossed out walking on it barefoot. Kitchen utensils weren't completely clean - They had baked on food on them still, the coffee cups were stained, as were the bath towels, to the point where we had to go buy bleach and laundry detergent to clean them prior to use.

Would be happy to stay here again if the exorbitant $350 fee that I paid to clean the house was actually used to clean it properly.

Perfect location for our family. We enjoyed the pool and listening to the waterfall from the amazing lanai! Clean and very well equipped with any and all needs for our stay. Great communication both before and during our vacation.

This place was perfect for our family!! Everyone had there own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean, and so cute. It was located close to the market and several restaurants and then just a few minutes to the next little town!! We loved it!! I highly recommend it. We will definitely come again. ❤️

Really enjoyed our time at this property. Home was as described and photos as shown. The place was very roomy and comfortable for my family. Island host was very responsive. Our only complaint would be with the mattresses, they could use an upgrade, not very comfy. A great addition for the guest would also be some beach towels, we didn’t have provided for us so had to use bath towels and wash them daily. (1) When we first showed up, I had to "clean" the inside of the dishwasher door panel. It had junk all over it. After two "washes", a lot of the blue detergent still stuck on the bottom & inside of the DW door!
Even the handyman said it was dirty & does not work. We handwashed our dishes & pots & pans. Still waiting for appliance credit.
(2) The two bottom drawers in the refrigerator were impossible to open & close. The "tracks" were broken.
(3) Chest drawers in MBR would fall out when we tried to open them. There were no "tracks" to hold onto them. We left our clothes in our suitcases.
(4) We took out the ice chest in the MBR closet. It was covered with sand top & bottom. We opened it & the inside was covered with wet sand. Smelly & gross.

The grounds were well maintained. However, there were a couple of issues. The dishwasher needed minor repairs and we had some trouble using the remote for the garage door. The hot tub was not hot but that was not a big issue for us.

Overall the unit was great! Loved the set up and was large feeling. However, we had many maintenance issues ...1) smoke detectors went off (entire unit) at 9am and we called it in. Maintenance came to fix it during the day and the next day same thing happened. Maintenance came out again and replaced all batteries and it stopped the detectors from going off. Was bothersome that it took 2 times for it to get fixed. Master bathroom light flickered before turning on, fridge light was out. Was disappointed that a lot of the closets were locked off from the owners. No pantry for an extended stay! Overall we like the property a lot and the location. This is our second time staying in Plantation at Princeville.

My two daughters and their husbands, with one granddaughter stayed at 821 Plantation at Princeville. We so much enjoyed our condo, everyone seemed to move in, and the space was ours. The condo was immaculately clean with clear instructions on how and what to do. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and the BBQ's were used quite a bit. If there is a negative of the space, was the parking. We had two vehicles and had to shuffle them from garage to driveway. Nothing horrible at all, maybe a space close by could have been a better solution for us. I would definitely book again !!!
