Plantations at Princeville #821 is a lovely, top floor condominium nestled among swaying palm trees and overlooking the resort-style pool. You will love the large, covered lanai with oversized patio furniture and tables that are ideal for a morning coffee, lounging after a day at the beach, or even an evening cocktail. This desirable top floor offers cooling trade-winds and awe-inspiring sunset views!

Step inside into a large inviting common area that seamlessly connects all the spaces, this open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and spending time together. The home is clean and refreshing with a bright white color palette and ocean blue accents throughout. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and abundant windows illuminate the entire home and provide excellent circulation of Kauai’s cooling tradewinds along with central air conditioning. A light and airy ambience can be felt throughout the home with thoughtful and contemporary design choices.

The comfortable living features island-style wood furniture and contemporary decor for a tropical and modern vibe. Enjoy a cozy movie night at home with an ideally placed corner entertainment system. An adjacent dining area provides a large wood table set for six.

The soft carpet becomes cool tile as you step into the fully-equipped kitchen. With a large side-by-side refrigerator, updated appliances, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes etc. the Chef of your group will find everything they need to make delicious island-inspired meals at home! The bright, white tile counter wraps around the kitchen to provide generous cooking and prep space, in addition to functioning as a breakfast bar. Four comfortable bar chairs, with backrest, fit perfectly to the counter.

Three large bedrooms offer every guest the comforts of home with a little added luxury!
Each room includes ceiling fans, a contemporary but comfortable style, and an abundance of natural light. Bedroom one features a king size bed with a lovely carved wooden bed frame, complete with unique, floral accents, double bedside tables with lamps, matching dresser and Television. An ensuite bathroom includes bright, white tile with generous counter and storage space, and stand alone tile shower. Two full windows frame a large soaking tub with a bonus side shelf for your beverage or book! A sliding glass door leads out to the lanai.

Bedroom two features its own unique, queen-sized wooden bed frame, side table with lamp, and dresser. Multiple, large windows bring abundant light into the cozy space, allowing the sunshine to be your morning alarm! A bright white ensuite bathroom includes a generous tiled vanity, cabinet space, and a combined shower and bathtub. Bedroom three provides two single beds with one bedside table in the middle, large windows, generous closet space and unique island decor. An ensuite bathroom includes a long tiled vanity with double cabinet space, an additional full-size window, and combined shower and bathtub combo.

Also included is a washer and dryer, nicely tucked into a side closet for more space within the home. In the garage guests will find a variety of beach gear available for use including beach chairs, cooler, bicycle, and umbrellas. In addition to your home-away from home, guests also have access to a lovely resort-style pool area equipped with a large community pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, shade umbrellas, and BBQs. The resort also offers a clubhouse with a full spa and gym with weights, machines, and cardio equipment.

We had a great experience renting through Hawaii Life Rentals! The condo was just as described and had everything needed for a wonderful week in Princeville. The balcony was great for enjoying coffee in the morning, we used the hot tub every day, and we loved having grills to cookout. I would highly recommend this condo and would rent through Hawaii Life again!

Really enjoyed our time at this property. Home was as described and photos as shown. The place was very roomy and comfortable for my family. Island host was very responsive. Our only complaint would be with the mattresses, they could use an upgrade, not very comfy. A great addition for the guest would also be some beach towels, we didn’t have provided for us so had to use bath towels and wash them daily. Those are just recommendations, it didn’t ruin our stay and we would come back again!

This place was perfect for our family!! Everyone had there own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean, and so cute. It was located close to the market and several restaurants and then just a few minutes to the next little town!! We loved it!! I highly recommend it. We will definitely come again. ❤️

My two daughters and their husbands, with one granddaughter stayed at 821 Plantation at Princeville. We so much enjoyed our condo, everyone seemed to move in, and the space was ours. The condo was immaculately clean with clear instructions on how and what to do. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and the BBQ's were used quite a bit. If there is a negative of the space, was the parking. We had two vehicles and had to shuffle them from garage to driveway. Nothing horrible at all, maybe a space close by could have been a better solution for us. I would definitely book again !!!

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas 2021. The three bedroom condo was perfect for our family including two young adult daughters and my mom. The place was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and we were all very comfortable. The management was responsive when we needed a couple of small items (extra blanket, coffee grinder). The condo does not have its own grill but we used the ones in the common area, which worked out great.
The condo is close to everything we needed and wanted in Kauai. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Overall the unit was great! Loved the set up and was large feeling. However, we had many maintenance issues ...1) smoke detectors went off (entire unit) at 9am and we called it in. Maintenance came to fix it during the day and the next day same thing happened. Maintenance came out again and replaced all batteries and it stopped the detectors from going off. Was bothersome that it took 2 times for it to get fixed. Master bathroom light flickered before turning on, fridge light was out. Was disappointed that a lot of the closets were locked off from the owners. No pantry for an extended stay! Overall we like the property a lot and the location. This is our second time staying in Plantation at Princeville.

The rental property was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone had plenty of room and the floor plan was very open. The decor is classic Hawaiian wood mixed with bright white and blue. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The deck overlooking the pool was a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The grounds are well kept and lush! The pool and BBQs are maintained and cleaned daily. The rental is in a great spot with easy access to several beaches, the Princeville Center, and Hanalei. Although we didn’t use them, there are several beach chairs, umbrellas, and various pool toys in the garage. Overall, this was the best rental property we have ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed the spacious apartment. It was well located, near the golf course, food stores and medical Center. The apartment was ventilated, and had all the amenities we needed. The grounds were well maintained. However, there were a couple of issues. The dishwasher needed minor repairs and we had some trouble using the remote for the garage door. A serviceman did come promptly and repaired the dishwasher but the problem with the garage door happened just a couple of days before we were leaving. The hot tub was not hot but that was not a big issue for us.
