The unit is dated but, that is reflected in the price everything works as it is supposed to, and we had no problems as all during our stay. The view from the lanai is absolutely beautiful and this is where you will spend a lot of your time. We will definitley rent this unit again!

Very well maintained open one bedroom in desirable Sans Souci. One assigned parking. Queen size bed with two queen size sofa sleepers. Shoji sliders to separate the living room and bedroom. Lanai overlooking Sans Souci beach.
Sans Souci means "without care" in French. The building is a gated high-rise located on the famous Sans Souci beach. Local residents consider this the best beach in the neighborhood. All the units have large oceanfront lanais. Leasehold Cooperative.
