Description

Very well maintained open one bedroom in desirable Sans Souci. One assigned parking. Queen size bed with two queen size sofa sleepers. Shoji sliders to seperate the living room and bedroom. Lanai overlooking Sans Souci beach.
Sans Souci means "without care" in French. The building is a gated high-rise located on the famous Sans Souci beach. Local residents consider this the best beach in the neighborhood. All the units have large oceanfront lanais. Leasehold Cooperative.

Disclosure: All reservations require a 30-day contract. In compliance with the Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a minimum period of thirty (30) days.

Hawaii Life Rentals is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.

Rates do not include taxes, cleaning and applicable fees.

The Sans Souci building is truly in the most beautiful and convenient location. The unit is dated but, that is reflected in the price everything works as it is supposed to, and we had no problems as all during our stay. The view from the lanai is absolutely beautiful and this is where you will spend a lot of your time. We will definitley rent this unit again!

We come to San Souci every year and just love it. You can snorkel from the deck and see fish, turtles, whales, rainbows, monk seals. It's our favorite spot to stay.

Wonderful stay! No better location than this building. Most amazing view!
