We enjoyed or stay tremendously. The view of the mountains from the lenai were amazing. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the lenai listening to the birds and roosters. The house was beautiful and spacious, however there is no air conditioning in the smaller bedroom which made it a bit hard to sleep in if you are not used to the climate. The house could have been cleaner as well, especially considering that there is a $355 cleaning fee that we had to pay. The oven hood was greasy and the high touch areas around the doors had visible dirt, and looked like they had not been wiped clean for some time. It might not bother most people but I am a bit of a clean freak.

Property was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable bedding, A/C in two King master suites, kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need and more, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffee maker, spices, oils, rice cookers, huge refrigerator and commercial size washer and dryer. Smaller bedroom (no A/C)in front now has full size bed rather than twin. Beach supplies including snorkel gear, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boggie boards, beach towels, floaties were plentiful. Balcony furniture was comfortable and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. Quiet residential gated community close to all North Shore activities and attractions. Foodland about a mile away. Highly recommend Kilauea Bakery/Pizzaria in nearby Kong Lung Center. Can also walk to a hidden, small beach with views of Hanalei Bay. Garage was very small/narrow and would not fit a larger vehicle but parking in the driveway for one car is available and there is guest parking for another vehicle nearby. Meredith was very responsive and helpful host. Simple check-in/check-out. Only suggestions would be to replace seating cushions in main living area - worn out and flat. Showing some age in a few minor places but overall a very beautiful property which we would highly recommend. Loved our stay!!

From checkin to checkout we had a fabulous time in Kauai. We loved our stay in our condo and it had everything we needed. I would suggest the owners replace the coffee mugs as the 4 white mugs had chips around the edges. Everything else was amazing. This condo was an absolutely perfect place for our 20th anniversary trip to the site of our honeymoon, this time with our teenage daughters. They got their own air-conditioned master suite, as did we. When you factor in the laundry facilities, which were incredibly convenient, the full kitchen, which we used several times, and the lovely lanai where we watched the weather change over the mountains of the Hanalei Valley, this could not have been a better spot. We definitely had to get used to the constant presence of crowing roosters but they became a welcome part of the sonic backdrop to one of the best vacations of our lives. This place is a fantastic value and highly recommended.

This property is in a great location with easy access to princeville beaches and Hanalei. I loved that there were plenty of beach chairs, cooler, towels and floats. My family had ample space and privacy, however, the front bed room has no air conditioning so our kids ended up sleeping with us because even with the windows open there wasn’t enough breeze to sleep comfortably.
My biggest fault with the property was the lack of thorough cleaning. We found hair in the drains, a bloody tissue and a half eaten ham sandwich in the bed side table. The cleaning crew also left dirty towels balled up
under the vanity downstairs. The walls, doors and cabinets could use a nice wipe down.
Lastly, there was not a single bar of soap or shampoo in the entire until. I thought that was pretty unusual given most people fly pretty long distances to get to hawaii and likely don’t bring soap with them.
All in all the place is great but the cleaning was very disappointing and frankly pretty gross.

Our family had the most amazing time. The townhouse was clean, with a great view of the mountains. The surrounding was well-managed and the decor perfectly suited for Hawaiian experience. We would recommend to anyone interested in visiting Kauai.

Huge space with great natural light. Very quiet neighborhood, walkable to a few hidden beaches. Short drive to a few restaurants and grocery store as well as Hanalei. Flexible booking and management staff, responded to all questions, no issues. Great experience.

This location is lovely. The balcony has breathtaking views of the mountains and waterfalls in the distance. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy! We had plenty of beach towels and chairs to use. It was very handy to have a large washer and dryer for our stay. The empty garage was too small to park our rented SUV, but a great place to unload our stuff from the beach. It was wonderful having two master suites with individual temperature control! The only thing we would have liked is to have a private BBQ grill.
