Here, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds, with elegant and upscale Princeville outside your door and eclectic and bohemian Hanalei, just two miles down the road. The Kilauea lighthouse is less than 7 miles away, with its stunningly beautiful ocean views and regular sightings of the Nene goose, Hawaii’s state bird.

Overlooking the tropical foliage outside the front door is a lovely carpeted bedroom, furnished with a twin bed, armoire and nightstand. Tall hedges afford privacy and a triple bay window offers plenty of light and cool breezes.

Up one short flight of stairs is the main living area, with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. The open concept floor plan allows the group to easily interact and creates a big, open space for everyone to enjoy. Classic island furnishings add an air of grace and overlook the stunning mountain views on the lanai. There’s a lovely spot to sip your morning coffee or evening beverage.

A gourmet kitchen will be the delight of the family chef. Boasting abundant cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counters, and plenty of natural light through a big window, gastronomic delights will surely emerge from this welcoming space.

Those delights will then be enjoyed at the formal dining table for 6, overlooking a bay window with views of swaying palms and other Hawaiian flora.

One of the two generous master suites is also located on this level, all the way at the front of the great room for maximum privacy. This carpeted suite offers a king size bed and private lanai with the same verdant mountain views. The en-suite bath has dual vanities and a large, luxurious glass block shower.

The lower level boasts the additional master suite with double door entry. This large and private space offers an elegant king size bed, upscale island furnishings and a cozy corner relaxation/meditation area with a chaise lounge. Sliding glass doors lead to a tiled private lanai, complete with privacy hedges and seemingly endless mountain views. A generous master bath offers dual vanities and a separate water closet. A full-size washer/dryer is just outside the entrance to this suite. The third room, the guest room offers a twin size bed and hallway bathroom. This home includes Air Conditioning in the Two King bedrooms only.

Property was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable bedding, A/C in two King master suites, kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need and more, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffee maker, spices, oils, rice cookers, huge refrigerator and commercial size washer and dryer. Smaller bedroom (no A/C)in front now has full size bed rather than twin. Beach supplies including snorkel gear, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boggie boards, beach towels, floaties were plentiful. Balcony furniture was comfortable and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. Quiet residential gated community close to all North Shore activities and attractions. Foodland about a mile away. Highly recommend Kilauea Bakery/Pizzaria in nearby Kong Lung Center. Can also walk to a hidden, small beach with views of Hanalei Bay. Garage was very small/narrow and would not fit a larger vehicle but parking in the driveway for one car is available and there is guest parking for another vehicle nearby. Meredith was very responsive and helpful host. Simple check-in/check-out. Only suggestions would be to replace seating cushions in main living area - worn out and flat. Showing some age in a few minor places but overall a very beautiful property which we would highly recommend. Loved our stay!!

I take my family on vacations all over the world. We prefer homes vs hotel rooms. This villa is outstanding in terms of space, amenities, conveniences, and overall esthetics. The view of the Wainiha mountain range is why we chose this villa and were surprised to find the villa was as beautiful as its surroundings. This trip was to celebrate my daughters high school graduation and it will be remembered by all of us as long as we live. I recommend this unit before anywhere else in Princeville. Hawaii Life was a breeze to deal with and promptly returned my security deposit. Well done!

Our family had the most amazing time. The townhouse was clean, with a great view of the mountains. The surrounding was well-managed and the decor perfectly suited for Hawaiian experience. We would recommend to anyone interested in visiting Kauai.

Huge space with great natural light. Very quiet neighborhood, walkable to a few hidden beaches. Short drive to a few restaurants and grocery store as well as Hanalei. Flexible booking and management staff, responded to all questions, no issues. Great experience.

This condo was an absolutely perfect place for our 20th anniversary trip to the site of our honeymoon, this time with our teenage daughters. They got their own air-conditioned master suite, as did we. When you factor in the laundry facilities, which were incredibly convenient, the full kitchen, which we used several times, and the lovely lanai where we watched the weather change over the mountains of the Hanalei Valley, this could not have been a better spot. We definitely had to get used to the constant presence of crowing roosters but they became a welcome part of the sonic backdrop to one of the best vacations of our lives. This place is a fantastic value and highly recommended.

This property is in a great location with easy access to princeville beaches and Hanalei. I loved that there were plenty of beach chairs, cooler, towels and floats. My family had ample space and privacy, however, the front bed room has no air conditioning so our kids ended up sleeping with us because even with the windows open there wasn’t enough breeze to sleep comfortably.
My biggest fault with the property was the lack of thorough cleaning. We found hair in the drains, a bloody tissue and a half eaten ham sandwich in the bed side table. The cleaning crew also left dirty towels balled up
under the vanity downstairs. The walls, doors and cabinets could use a nice wipe down.
Lastly, there was not a single bar of soap or shampoo in the entire until. I thought that was pretty unusual given most people fly pretty long distances to get to hawaii and likely don’t bring soap with them.
All in all the place is great but the cleaning was very disappointing and frankly pretty gross.

From checkin to checkout we had a fabulous time in Kauai. We loved our stay in our condo and it had everything we needed. I would suggest the owners replace the coffee mugs as the 4 white mugs had chips around the edges. Everything else was amazing. I had asked previously about what type of coffee pot the unit held and they said regular. The unit also has a kuerig. This unit also comes with lots of snorkel gear which I was told didn't have. The update to this unit would be nice for others that visit. The location is just AMAZING. I would definetly stay again!!!!

This location is lovely. The balcony has breathtaking views of the mountains and waterfalls in the distance. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy! We had plenty of beach towels and chairs to use. It was very handy to have a large washer and dryer for our stay. The empty garage was too small to park our rented SUV, but a great place to unload our stuff from the beach. It was wonderful having two master suites with individual temperature control! The only thing we would have liked is to have a private BBQ grill.
