Located on Kailua Beach on the windward shore of Oahu, the elegant, yet comfortable estate is recognized for its presidential and celebrity-level security and privacy. The estate is ideal for a family vacation, a small corporate retreat or a romantic island getaway. Occupancy is limited to 10 overnight guests and the entire estate, including the outdoor property, is a non-smoking environment.

Every home has a place where people naturally gravitate, and The Great Room at Paradise Point Estates is that place. The living and dining room areas of this beachfront luxury rental create an open, welcoming atmosphere for relaxing or dining with family and friends indoors. Located in the heart of the home, The Great Room is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen allowing for conversation or easy access at mealtime. The Great Room opens to covered lanais and views of the lagoon-style center courtyard pool and the expansive lawn
overlooking Kailua Beach.

The estate’s gourmet kitchen looks out onto The Great Room and is equipped with everything a guest needs to cook or not to cook! Kailua Town grocery stores are nearby; however, pre-arrival grocery service is available through the concierge at an additional charge for guests who want to forego the check-out line.

Take a break from the pool or the beach in the estate’s comfortable, air-conditioned media room. The home theater provides entertainment in a large screen environment for vacationing guests to see the big game or catch up on recent blockbusters.

The ocean view Master Suite is located next to the estate’s main indoor living quarters and has a spacious King bed and a private bath. Guests can relax at the end of the day in the suite’s therapeutic spa bathtub or steam shower. The suite is beautifully furnished with a chaise lounge, a sofa, a writing desk and has a walk-in closet, a TV and a Blu-ray player. The Master Suite at Paradise Point Estates is ideally situated in the home in that it reveals a spectacular view of Kailua Beach and the daily sunrise.

The guest suite is a Queen room that has a private bath with a shower. The suite has a walk-in closet, a TV, a lovely garden view and a private lanai/patio area. One of the estate’s two washer/dryer combinations is located in this suite. The guest suite is ideal for family guests, a nanny, or a personal assistant.

Each of the three beautifully appointed guest bedrooms at Paradise Point Estates has a private bath, a shower or a shower/tub combination, closet space and a TV. Beds range from King, Queen and two Twins that can be converted to a King. The guest bedrooms have wonderful views of the estate gardens and the lagoon-style center courtyard pool.

The outdoor centerpiece of the Plantation Estate is a jaw dropping courtyard that features a secluded, heated lagoon-style pool and pool pavilion including tropical waterfalls and a lavish island spa. Guest amenities in the center courtyard include a pool bar with ice maker, gas grill (Wolf) a TV and a DVD player. Beautifully furnished covered lanais bring the indoors outside year-round in this beachfront luxury rental. The oceanfront lanai showcases ornate landscaping and stunning views.

The spacious single-level home is well appointed with personal items such as hairdryers and toiletries. Two washer/dryer combos are in the home for added convenience. Guests can maintain a workout schedule in the home’s fitness center that features top-of-the-line Life Fitness cardio and weight equipment including a treadmill, elliptical, bike, Summit Climber, Smith Machine, and dumbbell rack. The center is professionally appointed with a mirrored wall, hand towels, a refrigerator, an iPod dock, and a TV/Blu-ray player
